Peaceful, quiet, clean. Beautiful old house and carriage apartment. This place is the apartment. Everything seemed well-maintained. You need to bring your own coffee/tea and sugar, etc, but we appreciated the bottled drinking water! The door key turns the opposite way you'd expect but opened easily once figured out. The property sits back from the road and you pass through berry bushes and a small pond on the way in. Lovely.

Marcella's place was wonderful for me and my dog for a month long stay. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bathroom was spacious, the washer and dryer were top of the line, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Some notable cons: there is a shooting range close by, and shots can be heard pretty frequently. My dog was skittish at first because of this, but he eventually got used to it. That said, the neighborhood is extremely safe, so there were no worries there. Also, there is no closet/dresser space, so, for someone with a month's worth of clothing, I ended up keeping my clothes stacked in piles on the high top table meant for eating. Not ideal, but not the worst situation. All in all, I highly recommended this Airbnb. Marcella was responsive and kind, and I had a lovely, private, and tranquil stay where all of my needs were met.

This was one of my favorite airbnb stays! I wish I had the time to explore the area more while I was there. Gorgeous place to stay, safe area, and fantastic variety of food/bars around. The hosts were wonderful and made it feel like an actual home. They were flexible and responsive to messages, and approved a last minute stay request. 5 star property, 5 star hosts.

Very comfortable and spacious lodging nestled in the trees, beautifully furnished and located close to Warm Beach Camp. Holly greeted me upon arrival and showed me around the unit. Tastefully decorated and had almost everything I needed.

The listing was just as pictured, super clean! It’s a quiet neighborhood with a fruit stand and market at walking distance just around the corner. Restaurants, shops, and more quick drive away. Came to Everett to visit family and this Airbnb was perfect for my partner, father, and I. Full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with a washer and dryer in the rental— perfect for our week stay. Another plus for us was that it was just an 8 minute drive away from my brother’s place. The private entrance through the back side gate and designated private parking spot in the alley way were perfect. Felt like home. Will definitely keep this listing on hand for when we return to Everett! Ernesto was great and prompt when I had questions, that is greatly appreciated. Thank you again Ernesto! Great stay! Close to Everett downtown and the interstate. The host was very responsive and my family had no issues with our stay. Cute 100 year old home that has been updated!

Great stay! Host was responsive and clear about all instructions. Apt was clean and comfortable. About 5 minutes from downtown (plenty of shopping and good food within 5 minute drive). Also close to grocery store to get things to make if desired! Apt has full kitchen. Easy to cook in. All the dishes you need (pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, etc). Filtered water in fridge. Bathroom fully stocked (hair dryer, cotton swabs, extra toilet paper, etc). Living room TV has Roku in guest mode so personal logins are auto cleared if you forget to log out (very convenient). AC and heaters work great! We were there in June but oddly warm (high 80’s). AC in the room cooled entire apt. There is also a portable fan in the apt which worked well for us! Extra linens for futon are easy to find. Parking was well lit (we arrived at 3 AM). Motion lights in covered parking were great. Well lit path from parking to apt. Felt very safe going to and from car. Great experience! Will stay here again!

The "sleepy Neighborhood" felt like you were in a scene from a movie. I liked being close to the Puget Sound with cafe and shops near by but still have privacy. The host did a great job with all the interior details.

Cute little place for a Snohomish getaway- right downtown, excellent shopping and restaurants. Hiking and the bike trail very close; such a great area. In town for a wedding and it worked out perfect, Amber was communicative and welcoming.

The farmhouse and property are gorgeous. Rick and Tori were super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The house was very comfortable and we felt at home, comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen, etc. We had a small wedding on the property that turned out beautifully and even had a large family meal on the enclosed porch. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back. We can't say enough great things about our hosts and the house and property! Thank you so much for helping us have such a beautiful and memorable event!

Excellent stay. Nice hosts. Their unit is modern and decorated well. I had a great stay. The location was perfect for my visits to friends and my golf outings. It's also convenient to many Seattle tourist sights as the freeways are nearby and easily accessible to many different areas in the Seattle Metro area.

Courtney was a wonderful host and the space was perfectly located for our needs on a work trip. The home was clean and well maintained, and any issues were quicky responded to and addressed. The many restaurants and attractions in the are just a short walk away. Overall the stay was very successful.

We stayed for a family event and it was wonderful! The kitchen was super convenient to cook meals in occasionally throughout our trip. Everything was clean and welcoming!

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Not too far from the city but just far enough to feel like you’re getting away. Host were great very communicative. Highly recommend!

It was wonderful. And I would definitely recommend the area to others. The view from the Cabin of the river and mountains was beautiful. It was good to have two separate floors as well. I felt safe and it was pretty close to the nearby towns.

Sitting by the pond, listening to the tree frogs, birds, and other animals, was so serene, peaceful, it was a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the present moments. James' home was lovely, and he was an amazing host. I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I loved our stay at Kate’s place! It was large and had everything we needed! Kate even took us on a tour of the farm to meet all the animals which we lovedddd! I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the cascades. Thanks so much 🤍

This was an amazing place to stay! The view was incredible and our little one had so much fun being out on the water and fishing. Constance always responded promptly, had recommendations for us to explore or places to eat at. Bonus, the amenities listed no TV, but was pleasantly surprised to find a TV when we checked in.
