What an absolute gem! Semi rural setting 15minutes from Dubbo! Wildlife at the doorstep! Gorgeous property. The granny flat is sparkling! Everything you could ask for, welcome treats and breakfast produce provided! Comfy bed, hot shower, washer drier! Pristine accommodation

Easy location for the sporting event we were in town for. Easy to warm the house as weather was cold. Had everything we needed for a kids sporting weekend away. Would stay again.

Me and my friends had amazing time at lees place , beautiful , clean , comfy with all amenities needed for a perfect vacation !!!
