Björnbo - A lovely cottage

Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Architect-designed house built in 2023. Quiet and secluded place, with proximity to service in Edsbro. Open plan with nice social areas with kitchen and living room with fireplace and a large terrace that binds together outside and inside. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed (120 + 80 cm). The garden is wild and lush in the summer, with fields and forest as the only neighbor. Sheets can be booked if needed.
