Vacation rentals with a patio in East Hampshire

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and cozy home. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. This place is also in a great location and has great access to shops nearby.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Great private location, fast WiFi (important as we were working) and a clean apartment! Check in was super easy and Sophie was very clear with instructions on how to find the place and how to check in/out. View of the fields/horses from the back were the highlight and hearing the birds in the morning!

We had the most amazing stay! We were made to feel really welcome, communication was quick and easy and the space itself is so gorgeous with incredible views! Highly recommend staying here, we would definitely come back. There were lovely touches to make us feel comfortable - the apple juice was delicious! Thanks so much for everything!

Sam is a great host, really helpful and responsive. Sam’s place is super convenient for walking into town, local bus routes and main line train. Sams place is roomy, has everything you need and is very comfortable, I would highly recommend staying.

Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family stayed in Rachel’s beautiful cottage for a weekend and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you Rachel for being flexible with the check out time, it was a real help to us with two young children! We would definitely recommend Chalk Dell cottage. We stopped off on the way for lunch at Thomas Lord pub and would also recommend.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Everything was nice and clean and as expected

A great stay, house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, a garden area to chill or the lounge area with sky sports. Tam was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Lovely village location, quiet with access to a good pub and walking from the front door. Perfect location for exploring the countryside. House clean, well-equipped and spacious enough for 6 people. Good social space particularly. Lovely views out back. Loved the welcome cake and wine - very thoughtful. Would recommend!

lovely stay at Nigel's House. 15 minute walk to town centre lots of restaurant choices and cafes. Perfect location for our visit (Petersfield Jazz Festival). Clean and comfortable House, lovely garden, responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely few days at Denise’s. The surroundings are stunning & it was a perfect base for a sister getaway. Hopefully will return with hubby & fur baby next time

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. Perfect base for the weekend. Accommodation was cosy, spotlessly clean and peaceful. It had everything I needed for the weekend. Dave and Katherine were really responsive to messages and friendly. And sent local information ahead of my stay. The hiking / run routes in the welcome pack meant I could get out exploring from the front door. Highly recommend staying here.

Our 2nd time staying at one of Dans properties and we will definitely be back again. Seamless from start to end, the apartment was immaculate and had such a homely feel to the place. Perfectly located for transport link, covenience stores, takeaways and close to Gunwharf Quays shopping complex. Clear check in instructions and very wasy to find. Thanks again Dan! We had a lovely stay at Kate’s flat which is beautifully furnished . She provided us with several groceries and treats on our arrival. We had many chats and met her adorable dog, Ginny. I was able to get my pup fix daily. Thank you for your support and kindness during my daughter’s recovery.

Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

That was lovely accommodation. I just was feeling like I was at home. The place was nice clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to any one who is looking nice and quiet accommodation in Southampton.
