A self-contained, cosy loft studio with everything you need for a relaxed stay and stunning views to the South Downs. This lovely converted farm cottage/annex makes the perfect stay for anyone looking to explore the local area within the South Downs National Park. The cottage is surrounded by an abundance of footpaths and bridlepaths which can be accessed directly from the farm. This cottage is sure to provide you with a cosy stay in front of the log burner. If you are bringing pets please note the garden is not enclosed and they must be kept on a lead whilst on the property. Additional logs available to buy.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Annexe is a newly-built light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips. Breakfast is available, when possible, by request as an extra.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!
