Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Swimming at the Sand Bar in the middle of the lake or at Lake Mary’s beach in Twin Lakes is best for kids. About Time has a spacious yard for corn hole/wiffleball, basketball, Kayaks & SUP's. There’s a large playfield is just 200 yards East too. Visit the Sand Bar Restaurant also, a must! The spring fed clear water is great for fishing & skiing. We love this place and know you will too.

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.
