Condo vacation rentals in Delavan Lake

Very quaint and peaceful. Short walk to the pool. Even shorter walk to the docks for fishing. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The condo surpassed my expectations. It was peaceful and the furniture was amazingly comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the L-shaped couch and over-stuffed chair. The master bedroom was large and had plenty of storage space. My kids took advantage of the TV being in the bedroom. The other bedroom was smaller, but very comfortable. I liked the additional pillows in the closet since some were more firm than others. The bathrooms were a bit outdated but not a big deal. The kitchen had everything as described. It was narrow, but it had all the space we needed. There was a washer and dryer which was an added bonus. The condo surroundings were perfect for us since there was so much green grass, rolling hills and trees. My kids wrapped themselves in blankets and rolled down the larger hill! The pool was in walking distance, and Nick had left pool noodles for guests which was a nice touch. As a host, Nick was great! Very responsive and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and full of amenities, towels, shampoo/conditioner, full kitchen with pots and pans, some kid toys and books, etc. Communication was very easy with the host and they responded very quickly to any messages. The only thing I would mention, which I read in another review, was if you arrive late at night when it is dark its a bit hard to find. I would suggest speaking with the security guard at the check-in gate to make sure you have the right route. Our GPS took us down a road that was golf cart only so it took us some time to find the condo. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Welcome. It was unclear to me it was a coach house, but we quickly figured that out. There was a group staying at the main house, and they parked in our parking spot, but the host was super responsive and the other guests were nice, so it worked out. The unit itself was great for what we needed. Kitchen had plenty of space and appliances for us to cook meals. The bathroom was nicely updated. The bed is a full sized bed, so keep that in mind when booking! Our favorite part was the walkability of the unit. Minutes from Riviera Beach and downtown Lake Geneva. We did not move the car once we got back from a fish fry on Friday evening. Hosts were responsive and helpful!

What a great place to stay for our first trip to Wisconsin and Lake Geneva!

We loved our stay at this property! The location in Abbey Springs is so peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing on the upper balcony overlooking the woods and golf course. It’s not listed, so no deduction in my rating, but for people who are new to Abbey Springs and want to enjoy the lakefront, keep in mind this property doesn’t provide beach gear or beach towels. The golf cart is a huge added bonus and we absolutely loved riding around the resort. Thank you! We will be back for sure!

This property worked out perfectly for us. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was just as described. We came with our bicycles and the local bike shop has routes published that either come right past the property or can easily be accessed from the front door. Lake Geneva is an easy 4 mile ride and you can extend from there. The Lake Geneva Shore Path is a short walk south…we went east and the houses and gardens along the lake are impressive. So the location of this Airbnb was ideal!

Great spot! The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Mandy’s detailed directions and instructions made checking in a breeze. Our group of four had a fantastic time.

This was a great stay! The condo was so cute, cozy, and clean. David has seen to everything to make the stay comfortable. The hide-a-bed was so comfortable, I asked him where he got it! Very nice patio where you can see the lake. You can also walk down to the lake or take a walk around it. A sand crane came up on the patio one morning which was awesome. It was a girls weekend. We felt very safe. You can walk to two restaurants, The French Country Inn and Mars (a 100 year old establishment, very charming). On Friday night, we ate at the French Country Inn and got to watch the fireworks across the lake from the Grand Geneva. Lake Geneva is a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend this place. We had such a nice time and were very happy with the condo and the location. In the summer there is a pool very near the condo. We may come back next summer to check that out! Or, maybe rent some kayaks. Thanks for a great stay, David! We will be back.

Our stay was perfect- beautiful villa right on the harbor the view and patio were amazing. The Villa was perfect for our family with enough room for all of us 4 adults and our 2 grandchildren. The Villa location was fantastic for quick walk outside or staying in on the patio, loved that the Villa had washer & dryer in unit and a small fan in each bedroom. The Villa was organized and well stocked with everything we needed I highly recommend this Villa for your Lake Geneva getaway. We will definitely return!

Clean, roomy place. Short drive to stores or walk/shuttle to resort pool/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only disappointment was the golf course was closed.

If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful yet close to everything getaway....Samantha's place is it!! From the minute you walk into the Cove, you guide yourself straight into a restful oasis. Entering Samantha's place, I was amazed at how spacious it all was. From the very modern kitchen, all of the utensils and kitchen necessities to the wide tub in the bathroom and big bed in the bedroom, everything felt like home. Relaxing in the living room with a beautiful view to the outdoors and the balcony was enjoyable. I highly recommend Samantha's place for your next stay in Lake Geneva.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Welcome Lake Geneva. The house had everything we could have needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and informative. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the golf cart worked well. The kid's room even had toys, books, and other thoughtful items. We loved the area. The house was in a complex at the end of a street, and was extremely quiet/peaceful. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Our hosts were very responsive to questions. Our first visit to Lake Geneva was so positive. The highlight was gold cart rides to Abbey Sorings resort. The food and service at their grill was exceptional. So much to do right at the resort!!

Great spot! Super safe and easy access to everything you need! Short drive to downtown lake Geneva. Coffee shop and ice cream shop are 3-4min walk! Easy to find, easy to access, and would book again!

We had an amazing stay at the Lyons Den! Came for a Bachelorette weekend to escape Chicago and the stay was immaculate. The peace and quiet from the location to the clean and open space made our stay a 10/10 experience. we had access to the pool and beach and the golf cart came in handy to get around the property. Downtown lake Geneva was close by and all the shops were near by which made the Stay excellent as well as private. Our only neighbors were the deer walking around and it was so nice.
