Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Davis

This 2 bedroom unit is in a great location. It has a ton of space to stretch out. Our host Ariana was very responsive to our needs. The check in was super easy, and the amenities were great.

Alex’s place was as advertised. It was perfect for the 3 of us and was located in downtown davis. I loved how the stay provided 2 bikes so you can fulfill the davis experience by riding bikes around town. Definitely would stay here again whenever in town again. Thank you for the stay and all the information provided to us from you. Amazing host!

The house was perfect for our four-generation visit. Very close to a nice park with a pool and water-park spray area for little kids, play areas and an un-fenced dog off leash area.. The house was well stocked with toys for our toddler and grandpa to play with. There was a step down to the main family room that great-grandma would have needed to keep an eye on, but which we didn’t use that room much. The kitchen and adjoining area was all we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. We had a change in our plans due to some local ill family members we were hoping to visit, but couldn’t, so we had a have a few more folks in the house than planned; it all worked out well. A great family friendly home.

How I love this house! I stayed there for a week in May & I didn't want to leave! It was fabulous to open the backyard gate & instantly find yourself walking on the huge, shady, Greenbelt right from this house all the way to downtown restaurants, concert halls, shopping, & the gorgeous 5-mile-long Arboretum on the UC Davis campus! There's never a need to take risks crossing a street, as the Greenbelt's underpasses & overpasses keep bikers & pedestrians safe! This house has all the amenities you need to be comfortable & to wish you never have to leave!

My one day stay was nothing short of exceptional! Joseph and team were really on top of it with clear instructions on how to access the space and communication in general. I will sure consider booking every time I return to the city of Davis. Thanks for being great hosts! It was an absolute pleasure ☺️

I've stayed in both units on this property now, and they are both very comfortable for a short or even a longer stay. This one's a bit more modern in the furnishings. Zach is a great host, and I would happily come back and stay here again.

Pamela‘s place is like stepping back in time into the 70s. The kitchen was immaculate the oven. The countertops sink was all like stepping back in time. It was a very nice place to stay very very comfortable. My wife doesn’t feel comfortable everywhere we go but in this particular location, she loved it. She loved the backyard. It looks just like it did in the pictures walk a few blocks to the restaurants or drive very nice. We’re staying up for sure Pamela. You did a great job in listing this house. Thank you.

We LOVED staying here for a weekend trip to davis! House was so spacious, clean and a great layout for our family. Modern appliances, a great backyard, and a location right by a great walking and bike trail. An easy drive to downtown and overall great choice for a trip to davis!

I've stayed at Ryan’s place every time I’m in town for business—it’s my go-to spot. This little apartment has everything you need: a peaceful vibe, reliable internet for working remotely, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town. The street is beautiful and tree-lined, which adds to the charm and it has an off street parking spot. But what really makes it special are the hosts—Ryan and Carolyn are warm, welcoming, and always make me feel at home. Always a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

Easy to get in and clean and ready has things you need

I had a great time at this location. The host was great and it had a lot of things there I did not need to worry about. It was walking distance to some restaurants, local entertainment, and coffee shops. I am definitely choosing this place when I come back to Sacramento.

Modern interior despite traditional exterior. Great to have a private parking spot. Nice neighborhood with lots of local restaurants. Tim is very responsive and helpful - great guidebook for local adventures and eateries!

Great Location. Walking distance to Old Town Sacramento, parks and restaurants. Great backyard. It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. This will be my go to place when we visit her.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

This place was great, we were able to walk to everything we needed from the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and had a great vibe inside. Felt very comfortable with location and the food in the area was great too!

We loved our time here. The condo is a great location at the start of Silverado Trail, an easy drive to many wineries. It is also a short drive to downtown Napa. We visited for a wedding and Matt was very helpful and accommodating with all our questions. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Napa!

We really enjoyed our stay. Place was spotless & exactly as described. Comfortable bed. Wonderful swimming pool. Dave was fantastic and communicated extremely well with very fast response. Thanks to Dave & his wonderful property, this was a special trip.

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! The space was quaint and impeccably clean, nestled in a cozy and quiet area that made for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got plenty of restful sleep. We appreciated the soft, fluffy towels available, even though we didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen. The grounds of the property are beautiful, and having a Starbucks within sight was a lovely bonus for that morning caffeine boost. However, the coffee provided in the condo was perfect for our needs, and we took full advantage of it. Getting around Napa was a breeze with quick Uber services available whenever we needed them. Overall, we had no issues at all and can't wait to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Had a great stay in the heart of Napa, a quick walk to amazing options. the space was comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

inside of the house is nuce and cosy. outside is a bit noisy and quite far from Auburn. a car is a must.

The absolute perfect choice for our stay in Napa! The condo was clean, quiet and so comfortable. Debbie went above and beyond with her suggestions, communication throughout and even stocked the fridge with many breakfast goodies for us - an unexpected surprise!
