Vacation rentals in Davis

Beautiful space, luxurious finishes, and convenient design. Best of all were the comfortable beds! The neighborhood was convenient, quiet and fun. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time at Jim’s place! Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, etc. Felt safe, cozy and clean. Jim was very responsive when we had questions and we had absolutely everything we needed. Parking nearby was convenient, only downside was the parking space was a little tight and definitely would be hard to fit a large car (SUV) but we were able to make it work with our small sedan.

Doug's place is the perfect little hideaway super close to Folsom Lake. The outdoor shower was a super fun experience and the decor/greenery made everything that much better.

Very welcoming. Felt at home when I arrived. Provided everything I could need (salt cooking oils, sauces, seasoning, utensils and even food containers and an ice pack!). Fully functional AC and was nice to have USB sockets around the place so I didn’t need to worry about moving my adapter every time. Everything worked as expected and was great to spend 2 weeks here as I could get to most places for a day trip if that was the plan or get any food I wanted if it was a slow day.

I really enjoyed my time on the farm. From the check-in to the fresh eggs to some good nights rest. Be sure to check out the farm and bring some binoculars or telescope to enjoy the dark, night sky and stargaze. I would definitely stay here again.

If you know Davis, you know that a great short-term housing (that includes decent hotels) are hard to come by. Zac and Bev’s house was the best we have stayed in and I visit Davis 4-5 times a year. The house itself is in pristine shape and very charming. The neighborhood is quiet and in walking distance to DT Davis. The Zac and Bev are some of the most generous and kind hosts I have had the pleasure of dealing with on Airbnb.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. This beautiful space is nuzzled inside the heart of midtown. It feels way bigger than the pictures suggest and I guarantee you’ll feel right at home. The check-in process was a breeze and Alex was super responsive.

Very private and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed all the flowering bushes and trees. Just A few blocks from Trader Joe’s and restaurants,l. We really enjoyed walking in the historic East Sac area. Thanks again!

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

We stayed in Victors cabana for a few weeks. It really was a slice of paradise for my husband, my dogs and I. We’ll definitely be back around soon! Thanks so much for your hospitality Victor!

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

Ruby’s place was the perfect spot for our overnight trip through the area. The vaulted ceiling makes it feel spacious and airy. The property was clean, well appointed with a great bathroom (what a shower!), comfy bed, and lovely mood lighting. The kitchen and washer/dryer would make it a great choice for longer stays, too. The place was easy to access and Ruby is a great communicator who seems to really value being an AirBnB host (which is always great as a guest).

loved this airbnb. I especially love a unique stay in something other than a standard apartment or home. this is a unique location above a business in a lovely town. it was convenient and walkable with coffee shops and restaurants just steps away, but still felt private and quiet. no issues with noise even though it's a college town. as a young professional I found the area to be lively, artsy and trendy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

pool house was great very private, quiet, clean! All very updated. street parking was not a problem. stores restaurants close by pool was very nice we were there for 2 weeks and never ran into the owners in the main house very private! We did text Izzy a couple times he got right back to to us. washer dryer was right there too that was so nice. we had a great stay and will plan to stay their again in future. thank-you So much

I had a very enjoyable stay at Zach’s spot, in for a few days for a wedding. The location is in a beautiful old part of Woodland and a few blocks from downtown. The home is well furnished and has everything you need. Zach was responsive and accommodating. thanks Zach

Staying with Steven was very comfortable and I appreciate how quickly I was able to get a response from them. The suite was peaceful, well lit and organized, and very easy to feel comfortable in. I would love to stay here again!

There are not many nice hotels in Davis, strangely enough. And, from our search (and search by friends who attended the same wedding), not many nice Airbnb‘s. Either. We were so fortunate to find this lovely house, super well located in a quiet neighborhood that’s nearby to everything in Downtown Davis. Host was very easy to communicate with, and provided clear instructions for everything. Highly recommended!

I can't thank Florie enough for her hospitality during our stay in Davis! I loooved The Nest. The garden outside smelled like heaven, the outdoor shower was so peaceful, and my sister and I slept great! I also appreciated that there was so much in walking distance. Thank you again! I will miss Davis a whole lot.
