Excellent for solo business travelers/students looking for a quiet retreat or to quarantine. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood west of the UC Davis campus, with easy access to bus lines, greenbelt parks, stores, restaurants, and bike paths. Easy 10-minute bike ride to campus. Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Stay on the farm and enjoy exploring. Nice porch & fire pit to enjoy the days and evenings. The farm is 40 acres which includes two acres of organic vegetables. There are chickens, sheep, cows, goats and one pig. Most weekends you can enjoy watching the skydivers across the road at the Yolo County Airport. Spring, Summer & Fall weekends, the farm brewery may be open too!

Country Poolhouse Getaway 20 min to SMF/UC Davis

Our pool house is a private 12x12 foot room with a queen bed and all the amenities you should need. Your private shower/restroom is detached and a short distance away. Please refer to the pictures for exact distance. We provide robes and slip on shoes for your comfort. The retreat includes a fridge, microwave, & single brew coffee maker. The BBQ and dinning area are available upon request. Laundry by appt.
