Vacation rentals with a patio in Davis

Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. The studio was really nice and clean. There was plenty of space and they provided utensils and other things. Our family had a really good time there as it was away from all of the noise of the city.

I had a great time staying here. Easy to get to and find. The apartment was away from the street so it was very quiet and secluded which I really like. Definitely would stay here again

Linda’s Green Queen was beautiful with a mix of amazing antique furniture and modern conveniences. We had a great visit and it was so refreshing to come back each night to a beautiful and comforting place. The thoughtfulness in even the smallest details was noticeable and appreciated.

This stay was so lovely! It was the sweetest little place - had everything we needed and more. Carmelia was always quick to respond and even went out of her way to drop off some batteries for us when the TV remote wasn't working. We felt right at home and will definitely look to return someday!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The cottage was so cozy in a beautiful side of town. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to find tranquility. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee.

Place was great, short walk to the river walk and downtown was just another short walk from there, great location, beautiful.

5 Stars - Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded expectations. Loan's house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail has clearly been thought through: from the soft linens and plush towels to the fully stocked kitchen and thoughtful welcome touches. Loan is an exceptional host: she so responsive and friendly, and she made check-in a breeze. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful at night. It felt like a home away from home, but even better! We honestly couldn't have asked for more - we highly recommend booking Loan's place!

We stayed at this house for 6 days for an event we were attending in West Sacramento…..The house was a perfect spot for us….The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals….We enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the evenings as well while our dog ran around…..I would recommend staying at this house while in West Sacramento

We absolutely loved our stay at The Secret Garden Duplex in Sacramento’s charming Curtis Park neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the fragrant jasmine blooming around the archway and lush, beautifully maintained landscaping that made the whole property feel like a peaceful retreat. The interior of the home was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully appointed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the comfortable living space and well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare a picnic dinner that we enjoyed outside in the garden with a bottle of wine. The outdoor garden area was a highlight—peaceful, colorful, and full of blooming flowers. We loved spending time there and taking in the lovely surroundings. We also took daily walks through the neighborhood, admiring the manicured yards, incredible plants, and charming homes that make Curtis Park such a special area. Highly recommend!

Andrew’s place is very spacious and clean. Perfect for our group going to a wedding in Davis. Directions were clear and check out nice and simple! Would stay again

This condo worked perfectly for two couples. Having the Grill within a 5 minute walking distance was a huge bonus. The Mansion also has a great bar which we enjoyed one evening after touring wineries all day!

The place looks exactly like the pictures the owner is shown. It is very convenient to go to the popular wineries. They are all about 15-20 minutes away.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
