Rustic, historic 500 sq. foot studio cottage comfortable for 2 people but will accommodate up to 4 by request. Located 5 miles above Oakhurst. Only 13 miles to the south ENTRANCE of Yosemite, about 35 miles to Badger Pass ski area, 47 miles to Yosemite Valley and only 3 miles to Bass Lake. Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. Also I will consider by request one night bookings if the date is available.

Come enjoy the majesty & beauty of Yosemite near my NEW entire private unit nestled in a quiet, cozy corner on Cavin Ln. in Coarsegold, CA., 25 mins. from the S. entrance to Yosemite Park, 15 mins. from Bass Lake! I live at the residence. I have upgraded to a private entrance & unit complete with living room, full kitchen, private bath & 2 bedrooms. No other type of cooking allowed. Designated parking with private entrance. No smoking allowed on property. Located 3 miles from restaurants and shopping. Access to pond area with outdoor seating and gazebo, and a gas BBQ is near the studio. Lots of wildlife. 18 miles to Yosemite’s southern entrance and 5 miles to Bass Lake.

Only 13 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, this beautiful creek side home with a waterfall was once the original art studio home of a well known Yosemite Landscape Artist.
