Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Davenport

We came to town for an event in Moline, IL. Great location for that and a beautiful home. They thought of little extras, which can be very meaningful to guests. Great hosts and always responds in a timely manner. Definitely recommend if the need to travel to that area arises.

Comfortable bed, fresh towels and relaxing. True that it’s low ceiling over bed! Overall good stay for us.

Our stay was unique - we were selling our home. Had to clean it out of everything we were keeping so an estate sale (or leftovers!) could be set up! So we needed a place for 2 weeks! The house was cozy & comfortable. We’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked!! Beds were comfy. So glad to have washer & dryer!!

Pegs place is very nice. Clean and easy to access. The garage was a big plus. Could use a few more amenities in the kitchen but otherwise the kitchen was great. The upstairs large bedroom was great. Having the chair to sit in to read in quietness was realky nice. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Debby and Doug.

Great home, great communication, great location. We loved walking to the various restaurants and public park. Beautiful views. The kids asked to stay here again.

We gathered three families - aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents - for a weekend getaway. I can’t overstate how perfect the weekend was. The house itself is lovely. The layout is perfect for preparing and sharing meals with ease and gathering all ten of us in the living area, while also providing spaces in the house that felt more private for anyone looking for some solo down time. The furnishings and decor are perfect. The rest of the property is also exactly what we were looking for. We spent most of our time in the pool and the presence of the pool house made it easy to enjoy snacks and meals poolside. The open spaces enhanced the feel of privacy and solitude, despite the fact the home is located near town, which is nice should one choose to take advantage of the local shops and restaurants. The hostess was also very responsive and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. She even brought some hay to the house so our kids could feed the baby goats.

A perfect house in a pretty little town with a beautiful view and a wonderful host! We had such a great experience here and Kristen goes above and beyond as a host to provide everything you could need. We loved how close it was to all the towns little shops and restaurants. Very walkable, and a kid friendly home. I hope we can enjoy this again in the future!

Everything was exactly as described and located in a safe & quiet area. One thing to note… the upstairs bedroom is in the loft part of the townhouse with two big windows and a balcony overlooking downstairs. This lets in a ton of natural light, so you may want to opt for the basement bedroom.

The Lone Star Loft was WONDERFUL! This Airbnb is up there with the best I've ever stayed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! Sheila was a phenomenal host. We will be back!!!

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

The Nelson Lofts stay was a great stop for myself and my little family! Everything was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Tim was a very communicative, responsive host that provided clear instructions.

A well-appointed Airbnb perfectly for 1-2 people. The kitchen and bathroom may be small, but they are supplied with all you need. It’s clear the host actually thought about guests’ comfort and needs. I had an unexpected family emergency during my visit and Nicole was very understanding and flexible about the situation as I had to extend my reservation with little notice. This eliminated one stressor during a really bad situation. One note: the Airbnb is directly across from a church. Parking on Sunday mornings is a little tricky.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the view of the river was an added bonus. Wonderful location for breweries, restaurants, and lovely movie theater.
