Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Davenport

This is an excellent location for the price. It’s not fancy or flashy, but it seems quite private and clean. It had everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Davenport. The host was excellent at describing how to get it, listing expectations, and timely in their response. There’s a cute little coffee shop very close by and lots of parking available. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

This was a great place to stay for a couple nights while exploring Davenport. They were incredibly responsive to any questions I had, even ones not directly related to apartment (asked about brunch recommendations). It is not directly in the city center, but easily walkable to all the restaurants and bars and museums. Check out the World's Largest Spoon Museum; it was awesome.

We had a great stay. Everything was just right. There really isn’t anything that would have made our stay better. The place was so clean and inviting it even smelled good. The neighbors were friendly. The location is super convenient close to everything. Rosemary was one of the bests hosts we have ever experienced. She’s kind, helpful and very thoughtful. She provided a home with everything necessary. There was water in the fridge, snacks, toiletries, washer dryer in unit. Just very convenient and peaceful. We would stay here again if on the area.

This place was perfect for what we needed on our stay. The room was similar to a hotel room set up and had a great price for the amenities!

Very quiet loft building. The building is locked and safe, there is a free laundry room, and the residents in the building is friendly. The host Jenny and co-host Neil are very friendly and responsive. I extend my stay several times and each time they were accommodating. The room was clean when I checked in and the check in process was easy. If I need another airbnb in the future I will definitely come back to this one!

Marlene was great! She accommodated my early check-in needs and provided me with a clean, comfortable, and lovely room for the night.

In town for a high school soccer tournament. It was wonderful to be "at home" after long, extremely hot days at the fields. Kourtney is a great hostess. The description of the property is spot on and spotless! Traveled with my dog who also felt right at home - the fenced yard and quiet area was a bonus (there were even bowls and toys for my dog). Kourtney is an active communicator and has an amazing attention to detail - house was fully supplied with necessities for travelers. Kourtney even shared recommendations for local restaurants and ice cream! Definitely visit Whitey's! I highly recommend this Cozy Cape Cod and will return for our next tournament!

Scott was an excellent host! His place was perfect for our needs. Very clean, private, quiet, beautiful backyard, easy parking, stocked kitchen & bathroom, comfortable beds, not a single complaint! We will definitely book again when back in the area.
