The house was very lovely and all we needed since we were only staying for 3 nights. It was very convenient making it only a few minutes away from all the places we went to.The bed was also comfy and the house had a lovely cozy,homely feel to it.They did provide some mil and biscuits which was very kind.Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

I had a lovely stay at this property with my 11year- old and my dog. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool table and we had everything we needed. Thank you, Fiona x

Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, homely and comfortable. Beds, linen, towels, kitchen equipment etc all top notch.

A lovely property in a great location. The house is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lovely bedroom. It is an ideal base for exploring this area of Northumberland, which is very attractive.(We were walking the northern stages of the Pennine Way.)

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Ambleside. The ongoing updates and instructions were really appreciated and a great help. You couldn't get a more central base and even though slightly noisy later on in the evening the music stopped as if instructed to do so. Well worth the visit and hopefully sooner rather than later we'll return for another vist.

Juliet Cottage felt like coming home! Great location. Easy to find. Cosy and comfortable. Everything you need is there, plus more as the welcome gifts are wonderful. I’d say it’s roomier than the pictures show. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you to Louise and her team.

We thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we stayed at this location. It was a shame there was no outside sitting area as the weather was fabulous.

really enjoyed our stay. didn't exspect such a nice view (you should have a photo of that on the page) location is fantastic just around the back of spar near the train station. maybe 10mins walk though the park high street. sam

Wonderful place, lots of space for 5 of us. Great location. Lots of good places to eat - the Butter End pub is great. So is Shills of Cockermouth. As well as all the independent coffee shops. My only wish is it had recycling bins.

Only stayed one night but house has everything required to stay for much longer. Large property, nice bedrooms, comfy beds, nice large kitchen with large dining table and comfortable living room. Would definitely stay again if golfing in Carlisle area in future.

Stayed here for a few days while working two events in Blackpool. After long hours and a very uncomfortable hotel stay in Blackpool, we were in need of some comfort—and this place delivered! The house is absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable, from the cosy sofas to the spacious bed and fabulous showers. There were just two of us, but the house is definitely well-suited for a family—it feels spacious and never cramped. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk into town, which has everything you need, and right next to the train station, making it super easy to get to Blackpool. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Lovely cottage in a wonderful village - very impressed.

Great house in a peaceful but walkable location. Extremely well equipped Kitchen and furnished very well. The only added bonus would have been a small bottle of milk but there is a spar 2 minutes away.

Lovely place, great value

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and was a short walk from the town centre. Wendy was very easy to reach throughout our stay and even went out of her way to offer us early check in and late check out. We couldn't have found a better apartment in Lancaster and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place here.

Wow what a beautiful house, lovey location within walking distance to local shops, very relaxing stay, house is equipped with everything you need. We were very lucky with the weather on our visit. Our dog loved the enclosed garden, would definitely recommend this house to stay if you are visiting the area it is so peaceful and the scenery is beautiful.

Great place to stay, cosy with lots of character. Lynne had left us a pint of milk, there were teabags and coffee, some butter, a first aid kit... made us feel so welcome. We were only there a night but would definitely have been very happy to stay longer.

Lovely stay at Hauxley retreat with everything supplied to make it a perfect holiday stay . The welcome pack was much appreciated and our dog enjoyed the treat . Situated well to enjoy visits to Druridge country park and low newton by the sea beach . The Brewis brewery open Thursday to Sunday was within walking distance to enjoy a drink . The communication when booking and during our stay was very good from Dave and Eleanor. Would recommend this property and would return.
