Vacation rentals with a home theater in Cumbria

I think the place is very good, the value for money is very good, the receptionist is super nice.

We booked here for a girlie weekend away. The host was prompt with replies to messages, and any queries we had. The apartment was spacious, big rooms and clean decor. All but 1 bedroom was ensuite, but had the use of the main bathroom as noone else needed to use it. The view onto the gardens outside the front was lovely. We managed to get a sunny weekend so spent sometime out on the grass. Close to city centre and train station 5 minute walk. Overall a great experience and would return. Many thanks 😊

Beautiful place situated in the Main Street , however it’s lovely and quiet with parking nearby- both free on several streets and right next to the paid car park . There is on street 1 hr max parking directly outside the property so you can unload which was really handy . Various pubs / restaurants in the area and only approx 1 mile walk into Bowness . Communication with Jade was brilliant and we loved our PDF guide forwarded upon our arrival , which gave recommendations for eateries and things to do in the area as well as how to use the under floor heating and cinema projector for the TV which I loved . I particularly liked the kitchen hardware and breakfast bar - just lovely detail and touches . A beautiful , very clean and comfortable place which we throughly enjoyed coming back to and we will definitely be rebooking . Highly recommended . Thank you Jade x

Great place to stay for a few days while working in Cramlington. The welcome goodies on arrival were a very nice surprise.

The host was great & was very responsive throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Bradford! Plenty of restaurants & ample parking.

We booked 2 nights for a birthday celebration and could not have been happier. The property is absolutely outstanding and there was more than enough room for everyone. The hot tub was a great touch and big enough for us all. We had a lovely time and made it to the beach before high tide. It’s only a 15 min walk to the coast and the village had some nice pubs to get stuck into. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, the screen room made for an excellent Eurovision watching after a day on the coast. We were very well welcomed and felt like no ask was too big or small. Thoroughly enjoyed our days.

We loved this truly incredible house, so much space, extremely well finished and lots of nice areas to have fun with the family. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Daniel’s lovely house. Clean and tidy with everything we needed in a nice, quiet street. We particularly enjoyed the big screen in the cinema room and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of seeing the sights. We recommend. Thanks Daniel.🙂

A great find in a good location. We were able to walk to local amenities, cafes and restaurants in 10-15 minutes. The house had plenty of room for 5 adults. Two full bathrooms and an extra separate toilet made for easy living, especially after a day of running, biking and swimming. The top floor shower was extremely effective! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cleaning products, however be aware there’s no freezer. Stunning views from the lounge and two bedrooms upstairs, whilst the lower floor bedroom had a lovely little patio. There is parking although tight for today’s vehicles. We had a short wheel base Mercedes Vito van and medium family car. The car just fit on the drive and the van outside the house, as close to the car as we could get so as not to be in the way of any neighbours. No problem if you have small cars. The interior decor and furniture is a little dated but this house is a perfect base for a Lakes holiday. Jim was always very helpful. I would recommend.

Thanks to Jude and Peter. We enjoyed our stay, a great location for a party we were attending in the area. It’s a lovely location to explore the beautiful and little known west pennine moors, especially the three picturesque reservoirs above Bolton. The accommodation was comfortable and Jude was so helpful, helping us book a taxi, which we really appreciated. Hope to stay again in the future. thanks from the Hill family.

I stayed for about two weeks at Kam's room and, as a young traveler, I found it just perfect. The room and the house are simple and clean. The kitchen is spacious, so it is easy to cook simple meals. I asked Kam for some extra considerations about the kitchen appliances and he was kind enough to respond positively. The location is ideal if you like the university student ambience - there's plenty of small restaurants, take-aways, coffee shops, grocery shops, and more in the area. There is a big park within 5 min walking distance. The city center is about 20 minutes walking distance. There is also a train station near by which I believe it can take you to Bradford Airport. Kam's response time was quick and his communication was clear. He made sure that I was ok during my stay. Something extra that I liked was the "no shoe policy" inside the house which helped to keep it very clean. Thanks for your attention and consideration, Kam!

Our week in this lovely apartment sped by too quickly! It was beautifully decorated with cosy lounges and chairs and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had more than we needed and all appliances were easy to use. The location was faultless - everywhere was so accessible from here! Pubs, cafes and restaurants were just across the road - where we headed after long hikes each day. We felt very sad to leave and look forward to returning one day soon 👍👋❤️

Ahmeds place is simply perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to busier areas. The apartment is fabulous, very modern yet cosy and comfortable. This place i would highly recommend. We are booking again for Autumn as it was fabulous. The host: Ahmed is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us the grand tour. Very flexible with check in/out times. On hand any time if you require anything. All in all, we would give this place 10/10

Needed somewhere to stay for a week to work out of. This location was really nice, soon as you leave the location and walk down the hill your on the Quayside which was super beautiful on the days the sun shined. The room itself was clean and tidy. And was a great space to get a lot of work done during the week. Lots of great food options within walking distance. Loved the stay so much I’m thinking of renting nearby. Would recommend.

The breakfast setting was lovely & the offering excellent…. We late arriving but we still used her kitchen and she made us tea …we would stay again and recommend her highly … h & a
