This place is very good all star's. The only thing missing is a TV.. would be nice... But not important... Ali responded promptly when i asked anything. Amazing host.. 100%

Check says up to 4pm, i contacted Ali as i couldn't get there till 8pm. No problem, Ali sorted that out. The room is in a block used by students but we never had any noise issues. The room a step up from the likes of premier inn etc, has a microwave and hob and a few utensils but we never needed to use them as was out most of the time. Shower was very good and the whole room was very clean. Access in and out was very easy with a key fob. Definitely worth the price for our 2 night stay. Ali was quick to respond to any questions i had and was a pleasure to deal with. Would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay for a few days while working in Cramlington. The welcome goodies on arrival were a very nice surprise.

We loved this truly incredible house, so much space, extremely well finished and lots of nice areas to have fun with the family. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Daniel’s lovely house. Clean and tidy with everything we needed in a nice, quiet street. We particularly enjoyed the big screen in the cinema room and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of seeing the sights. We recommend. Thanks Daniel.🙂

A great find in a good location. We were able to walk to local amenities, cafes and restaurants in 10-15 minutes. The house had plenty of room for 5 adults. Two full bathrooms and an extra separate toilet made for easy living, especially after a day of running, biking and swimming. The top floor shower was extremely effective! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cleaning products, however be aware there’s no freezer. Stunning views from the lounge and two bedrooms upstairs, whilst the lower floor bedroom had a lovely little patio. There is parking although tight for today’s vehicles. We had a short wheel base Mercedes Vito van and medium family car. The car just fit on the drive and the van outside the house, as close to the car as we could get so as not to be in the way of any neighbours. No problem if you have small cars. The interior decor and furniture is a little dated but this house is a perfect base for a Lakes holiday. Jim was always very helpful. I would recommend.

We had 7 days at Scales Green Farm with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 young granddaughters. The accommodation was perfect, completely as described, spotlessly clean and brilliantly equipped and stocked. It is a great location for visiting the north and western lakes. Sara was a brilliant host, very responsive with questions before we arrived and very clear on how to check out. Overall it was a great base and we would definitely stay in the future. Dave K.

Thanks to Jude and Peter. We enjoyed our stay, a great location for a party we were attending in the area. It’s a lovely location to explore the beautiful and little known west pennine moors, especially the three picturesque reservoirs above Bolton. The accommodation was comfortable and Jude was so helpful, helping us book a taxi, which we really appreciated. Hope to stay again in the future. thanks from the Hill family.

Our week in this lovely apartment sped by too quickly! It was beautifully decorated with cosy lounges and chairs and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had more than we needed and all appliances were easy to use. The location was faultless - everywhere was so accessible from here! Pubs, cafes and restaurants were just across the road - where we headed after long hikes each day. We felt very sad to leave and look forward to returning one day soon 👍👋❤️

Ahmeds place is simply perfect, very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to busier areas. The apartment is fabulous, very modern yet cosy and comfortable. This place i would highly recommend. We are booking again for Autumn as it was fabulous. The host: Ahmed is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us the grand tour. Very flexible with check in/out times. On hand any time if you require anything. All in all, we would give this place 10/10

Needed somewhere to stay for a week to work out of. This location was really nice, soon as you leave the location and walk down the hill your on the Quayside which was super beautiful on the days the sun shined. The room itself was clean and tidy. And was a great space to get a lot of work done during the week. Lots of great food options within walking distance. Loved the stay so much I’m thinking of renting nearby. Would recommend.

Under The Arches is a unique place to stay; full of character with a relaxed atmosphere. The room is comfortable and everything you need is provided. Steph is an attentive host with a wealth of local knowledge. She made us feel very welcome and looked after, including our dog. 🐾

Very clean and tidy appartment. My only minor gripe is the locks on emtry to the lobby needs replacing as its tempremental but i feel like thata an issue with whoever owns the building not the apparment. Location was exactly what i needed, on the high street in the centre if kendall.

Beautiful place to stay and felt so relaxed in the lovely kitchen and lounge. Fab games room and the cinema room was amazing which was enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely stay again, had everything you could want. Beautifully decorated.
