I was in town for a conference for a couple of days, this place was perfect. The beach is very easy to get to, the cottage itself is very charming and clean. Check in and check out was very easy. Very charming for a beach trip!

This was a magical place! We loved kayaking in the kayaks provided, off of our very own dock. We loved watching dolphins swim in the canal next to the house. Kathy is a great host! She was so responsive and accommodating! We want to return again!

This was our second stay at Guylaine’s condo and it was fantastic again and we’ll definitely be back!! We love everything about the condo, the resort and location. The pools are wonderful and the condo feels just like being at home, it has everything you need. The location is so close to Disney, stores and restaurants, it couldn’t be better. Guylaine is the most wonderful host, so kind, accommodating and responds so quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend her place! You will be so happy if you choose her place to stay. Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay with friends at this Airbnb! The location was great—close to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. The pool was spotless and perfect for relaxing, and we really appreciated having access to the barbecue, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Simone was an excellent host—so easy to communicate with and provided clear, straightforward instructions for both check-in and check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, used it everyday! We did not end up heating it, which worked out perfect. The temps were so warm during the day and the sun is on the back of the house all day which is great for being out there. The game/movie room was great and kids loved playing and watching movies. Kitchen had what we needed and we cooked all of our dinners there. Fresh crab legs and ahi tuna near by that was great. It is definitely a place we would return to. Thank you so much for sharing your fabulous place for our family to enjoy for the week!!

We spent two weeks at Disney parks and this place was an excellent choice for our family of 3. We were close enough to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day. Andrea's place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities provided and clear instructions for check in/out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent host!!

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and clean and many things were provided that made our stay easier and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the six of us, and the convenience of the washer and dryer was an added bonus. Thank you for a great stay!!

This place was great, nice pool , clean and neat, loaded with kitchen utensils and all you need to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall a good place to stay

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

this is my second time staying here and I loved it. we had a peaceful, enjoyable week, walking the grounds and enjoying the pool. The space is so close to so many attractions and awesome restaurants. The house had everything that we need including laundry so our stay was extra relaxing.

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Very peaceful and beautiful! Had an excellent trip. Will try to stay here every time I go to Orlando.
