Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cocoa

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

The place was beautiful and had a lot of beds just enough for my big family. The back yard was great, the hot tub, frogs, lizards and turtle shack was awesome! We lit a fire and played games all night! As we sat in the hot tub we seen the Kennedy Space Rocket blast off from the space center and watched it blast off from the back yard. It was awesome! The place was everything and more they explained on the Airbnb app!

Beautiful home close to the beach! Had all the amenities you could need. Great walkable/bikeable area.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place. It was super cute with a lot of space. The kids loved the pool and the little shed. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for our family of seven and one infant. The highlight was the outside kitchen area and pool. The house is not located in the typical beach surroundings, but it is close to anything that you would want to experience on a beach vacation. It is very convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. We were not necessarily looking to spend time at the ocean after having just finished a cruise to the Bahamas, and the house was just what we needed to relax. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra linens and beach towels were available. The host, Luke, was fantastic and a great communicator. A highlight was getting to meet him personally while we were there.

We will definitely be returning. Brian is a great host and the stay was amazing. very nice house and the back yard is so nice, our kids had so much fun.

This rental was exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was impeccably clean, well stocked and literally within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communication was on point. We can’t wait to return for a more extended visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was an amazing stay. We really enjoyed the property and how close it was to the beach. It was so peaceful and Kris was a wonderful host.

Exactly what I needed. Made full use of the kitchen and appreciated all of the amenities. Melbourne is fun. Check out the EGAD district for nightlife

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

We had a lovely stay on our way driving up the coast and exploring the area and the Space Coast. The unit was surrounded by beautiful landscaping and was very serene. We walked to some great entertainment spots and to the beach. I highly recommend this place but beware that it is small, but perfect in all other ways!

We had a wonderful stay, wouldn’t ask for one single change. The hosts and manager were communicative, clear, and helpful. The manual at the condo was extremely thorough, highly appreciated as it made the stay so much smoother. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, not to mention the gorgeous view and quick access to the beach. My only issue is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Conveniently located near the beach and walking distance to a variety of food places. Beautiful view of the beach and clear view of the launch that occurred on our last day. She texted to give us a heads up of the launch so that was above and beyond. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. perfect location, not even 5 minutes from beach and 10 to 15 minutes to most restaurants by walking. very clean and alone of amenities. we will be definitely staying here again.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!
