Vacation rentals with a pool in Cocoa

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

The house is great. This is a great time and I would suggest a lot of my friends to come to this house because it has a pool, a hot tub and everything that you need to have fun and have a good time. And the host Jennifer is very well at communicating and she knows how to text back quickly. I will be suggesting this house to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed every morning and night spent by the pool. We watched movies on the patio, which was so relaxing and peaceful in the evenings. Additionally, we were fortunate enough to hear two rocket launches during our stay. Thank you so much for hosting us! We will definitely rent again!

This was a great location for our girl’s trip! Close to stores and restaurants and not far from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable.

Our stay was great! we came to florida for a small family reunion to see our niece graduate high school. The kitchen is beautiful, very open and lots of seating options. The pool was great! perfect temp and very relaxing. We had a group of 6 and all fit very comfortably. The master bath was incredible, absolutely stunning!! Definitely recommend this place for a small group/ a small family.

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We loved Deborah's space! It was exactly as described in the listing, and the pool was the highlight! It was just what we wanted for the few days we stayed. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!

The property we stayed at was neat and clean. They had beach chairs and a cute table set to be able to sit outside (we didn't but it was a nice touch). Perfect location (literally one block from the beach) and we were able to walk in the mornings for exercise, etc. Close proximity to the area attractions and restaurants, stores, etc. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

This house was ideal for our weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the extras pillows, towels, and toiletries were a nice touch. The pool water heater was a great addition, making the water perfect for the time of year ($10 a day was worth it) . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The home was very nice. It accommodated our family extremely well. The post was accurate and it definitely felt like a Home away from Home! We were also able to get responses from the Host in a timely manner. I would stay at this property again!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb – it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The space was spotless, nicely decorated and had every amenity we could have possibly needed (and then some!). It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay extra special. The host was communicative welcoming and very helpful!

I really love this place. If I had to change one thing it would have been to be sure that it’s listed as only one bathtub, which wasn’t a big deal cause I’m grandma, but it could be a hassle for others.

This place was perfect for our two families (10 people in total) while we visited Legoland. Kitchen and hangout space was great.

Place was nice. It had a lot of amenities that we enjoyed. The game room and pool table was fantastic. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

They house is exactly like described and had a lot of room. The cleaning could be a bit better, but they apparently had a very short turn-around. Be prepared to have parties going on around you. They do not enforce the noise ordinance at midnight like they should. We were not their to party, so this did have an affect on some of our guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Edward is a super host for a reason. He always returned my emails and texts. When we needed something he was sure to get it to us. He made us feel comfortable about this purchase from the very beginning.

We evacuated our coastal home ahead of a hurricane and found this pet-friendly rental to be exactly what we needed. The house was fun, which helped lift our spirits during a difficult time. However, the real highlight was the hosts, who were incredibly accommodating and gracious, making an extremely stressful situation much easier to manage.
