Beachfront vacation rentals in Cocanha Beach

I would like to express my satisfaction with the stay at the beach house. The experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish. The house is very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for days of rest and leisure. It was certainly an experience that I intend to repeat and that I recommend to those looking for comfort, tranquility and a good contact with the sea. Thank you for your hospitality!

Second time staying in this apartment. The accommodation was wonderful, we had days of rest, comfort and peace. Marcelo was a great host, answered everything very quickly, clearly and was always helpful. The apartment is complete, well-equipped kitchen, towels, pots, cutlery, utensils in general for cooking (attention: the kitchen only has seasoning salt). Air fryer, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker (with strainer)... the laundry with a washing machine was a big help (bring the soap and fabric softener from home). The rooms are very comfortable, there are no linens and bath towels as described and Marcelo reinforced this by phone. There are 3 beach chairs and an umbrella available. The hammock on the balcony was delightful. It has air-conditioning but we didn't use it because it was cooling down at night. The location is close to great restaurants (Caicara's and Mar e Terra), markets, close to Cocanha beach, which is great for children... easy access from the highway. We'd love to come back again!

My family loved it, we'll definitely be back soon. We have nothing to say about both Rose and the stay. All very organized, clean, and very much Rose's attention in case you need anything. Desire Success!!

Apartment super well organized and clean. Well located and easy to access. They do not provide pillows, towels and linens, but it is specified in the listing! 3-story building with no elevator. Beachfront, beautiful view! I recommend it super!

Excellent hosting!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Great location... facing the beach🌴... Very quiet place... Spacious apto... Attention given by Andreia super 10. It was me, my wife, daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter of 10 months... we will definitely be back. I recommend it.

Sensational, what a wonderful place, apartment with everything we need, including a washing machine, Vanessa was very attentive, gave us several tips on places to go. Not to mention the condominium, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

The apartment is excellent, beautiful just like in the photos! Very complete, especially the kitchen, which has a stove, oven, barbecue, water filter, etc. The reception and communication with Izinha was great, whenever we needed her, she responded quickly. The view of the place is stunning and the surroundings are very quiet. It is in the northern region of Ilhabela, a little further from the center, requiring a car for transportation if you want to go to the main restaurants of Ilhabela or to the beaches. I went on a holiday, the island was very crowded, so we got stuck in slow traffic whenever we left, spending 30 to 50 minutes to get to the center or beaches in the South region. There are some beach huts near the apartment, but the structure is inferior to the beaches of the South region. The only point of attention is the ramp to access the house, it is really very steep, with curves. We were in a 4x4 car and went up easily, but it could be a problem for those with a smaller car or who have some mobility difficulties.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lucia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.

Second time we've stayed at Alessandro's house. And again everything was great, clean and organized house. He was very attentive.

Our experience was wonderful! The house is even more beautiful in person, full of charm, good taste and beautifully decorated. You can feel the care in every detail. The yard is delightful (the dogs loved it!) and the atmosphere of the house is very pleasant. Cristina was an amazing host: always very kind, attentive and available. He gave us great tips on nearby restaurants and places where our dogs could have fun (lol). We felt very welcome. The location is also great — quiet street, close to the beach, good restaurants and in a neighborhood that is a delight. Sure is a place to come back many times!
