The apartment is wonderful, beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful Jacuzzi. Alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. Indoor space, as advertised, impeccable kitchen and bathroom, we really liked the accommodations/facilities, host provided clear information and we thank you from the heart for hosting, we loved staying in the apartment !!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

Compliments only Alexandre was extremely solicitous and present since before we closed the house, when we were still answering questions. Dona Rosângela also very friendly and understanding. A sweetheart! As for the property: it was like being at home. Completest and very clean. We enjoyed the structure a lot and did not want to leave rs. We intend to return with more time to get to know more about the city, as there is a lot to do and tourism for all tastes. Note 10!

We loved our stay at this beach house! Everything was super clean and tidy, which made our experience much more peaceful and enjoyable. The house had everything we needed — and even more —, super comfortable and practical. The location is amazing, about 10-15 min walk to the beach. We definitely want to go back and recommend it without a doubt to anyone looking for a well-kept and cozy place to rest.

The house is very comfortable and matches the listing descriptions exactly, Ana is always very attentive and responds quickly to messages! The house is in Massaguaçu and a 5-minute drive from Cocanha beach (the best beach in my opinion) more than one car fits in the garage and you can also bring animals, which is even better! I will definitely come back more often ☀️🩷

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

My family and I loved the weekend we spent at Rogério's house, it was simply amazing!! The peace and quiet that the house conveys was exactly what we were looking for, the beach that is close to the condominium (Mococa beach) is beautiful and the sea is calm! I intend to come back more often, for sure.

Beautiful, cozy and well-located house, we went to Cocanha beach with great tranquility. We traveled by motorcycle and Priscila's house was perfect for us, already providing bed and bath linens, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, making our life much easier. We had only one setback regarding the house's wifi, which stopped working, but we had quick support from Priscila about what happened and everything was solved as best as possible, we were very grateful for the quick communication. We only have to thank you!!

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place.
