Vacation rentals with beach access in São Paulo

It exceeded my expectations, it was more than I expected, a very clean, fragrant, well-decorated place, perfect view both in the living room and in the bedrooms, very quiet. The sound of the sea, birds, crickets. Tranquility and beauty define. Apartment equipped with everything we need, we don't miss anything, on the contrary. It was what we needed to rest very well. Communication with Murilo is great, he is helpful, available, gives good tips for our stay and clear instructions on how the condominium works. We were delighted and intend to return

Being able to see the sunrise was the highlight of being in this apartment! Henrique was super gentle and I spent beautiful days on the beach with my mother :)

Simply amazing, my first trip with my wife. I can say that everything was amazing, both the location of the apartment, which is close to everything, and the organization and cleanliness, not to mention the chocolates they left for us. Very well-equipped apartment with everything we need, bed, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, utensils, pots, air fryer, sandwich maker, among other things. It felt like we were at home, we will definitely return to Ubatuba and we will stay again in Soraia and Everton's apartment. we had support every day, we had questions answered quickly and very well educated and friendly, a 10.

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

It was all very incredible! The reception of Suellen and her husband Osias is surreal! All the support for EVERYTHING! We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, linens, pillows, towels, everything is very clean and of high quality. The details that make a difference in a stay. Check-in without any problems, super easy to find and communicate, really impeccable!! I'm already getting ready to come back. If you love nature, this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay at this magical place. It’s basic and an escape from modern life - don’t expect modern luxuries but it’s perfectly comfortable and we loved being there. We were lucky enough to see turtles, monkeys and a wide array of birds while there and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are stunning. Claudia (the housekeeper) is helpful and a good cook, and we made the easy journey to Paraty one night for dinner with thanks to the boat service available. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the information provided.

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

The house I saw on Airbnb and that we loved from the first moment was even more beautiful in person. All the details were perfect, the towels were impeccable, the sheets, the appliances, the pool, every corner of the garden or the house invited you to enjoy them. The tableware is more than complete and beautiful, everything has been a real pleasure and I recommend that you do not hesitate. Peggy and Fernando, who received us, were super attentive and helpful. The accommodation is excellent, not only according to the listing, but beyond. It was a pleasant surprise to find a water purifier and a full kitchen in terms of appliances and utensils. Although we brought our coffee machine and utensils, there are several models of coffee makers in the house, which we did not use. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well maintained. The living room and kitchen are spacious, both impeccable.

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

My stay at Sônia's house was excellent! She was a super attentive, helpful and kind host throughout the experience. The place is very cozy, well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. I highly recommend Sônia's accommodation and I would definitely stay there again.
