In front of us, it is not just the sea that we are 30 meters above sea level, we have a very broad view and descending in the middle of our garden, we reach our private beach. The house is fully equipped, furnished and decorated . In the house, we have 2 bedrooms with double beds in each room; the kitchen is fully equipped, table on the balcony and another table in the master bedroom, Smart TV, air-conditioning that air-conditiones the two bedrooms, fan.

The house is on the south side of the Island, in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for family. The house is a ground floor with 3 suites with air-conditioning, in addition to 1 independent external suite. In front of the house we have a pond of carp with a balcony, right at the entrance a large room with 3 environments, all with views of the sea and with access to a gourmet balcony. We also have Smart TV, WI-FI, winery, brewery, chopeira, barbecue, infinity pool, gym with hydromassage, office, garden and garage.

The house is located on the seafront, on Ilha do Áraujo - Paraty R.J. Araújo Island is the second largest island in Paraty, which is a 5-minute taxi boat ride from the mainland. The boarding for the island is done at the pier of Praia Grande, a fishing village that is 10 km from the Paraty highway interchange, at BR km 565, heading toward Rio. Cars are parked at Praia Grande in a private parking lot.
