Beautiful beachfront apartment with spacious, airy and cozy rooms. There are two rooms, both with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The en-suite has a queen-size bed, large closet, full bathroom. In the living room, there is a high-quality sofa bed that can be used as a double bed or 2 single beds, separated (see photos), a TV with a channel package, a bookcase and a dining table. The kitchen is American-style, with cabinets, fully equipped and very well lit.

Perfect for families with children. Our house is 172m2, accommodating 10 people in 2 bedrooms, 1 large suite, bathroom/toilet, TV room with sofa bed and open kitchen, integrated with the outdoor room and large gourmet balcony facing the beach, laundry and parking on a 1200m2 plot.
