Very beautiful space! Wonderful view. Great for home office and inspiring landscape. The host was very friendly, helpful, polite and has a very nice conversation. The kitchen overlooking the sea is also very inspiring

We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria Fernanda's house in São Sebastião! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, perfect for those seeking rest and contact with nature. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, and the caretaker welcomed us very well, always helpful and attentive throughout the entire stay. We felt a real welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience on the north coast!

More beautiful place than the photos, super safe, Dona Georgina is wonderful, I fell in love with the place! Everything was very impeccable, I felt right at home. The location is sensational, close to everything and with the Matinhos around, which gives it all the charm and brings even more peace! They are very friendly and even welcome us in a unique way. The stay was great, the house matches the photos and description. Guilherme is very fast on return, flexible, quite friendly. Perfect rooms air conditioning, appliances in optimum condition, very good barbecue and excellent swimming pool. The kitchen is quite complete. The condominium is beautiful, safe, it is important that everyone in the car register upon arrival, to facilitate entry and exit by car. The beach is very good, calm waters and good temperature, good options of stalls. The walk is 15-20 minutes, but most of it is inside the condominium, from the front of the gate to the beach, a quick trail under the lane already comes out in front of the beach. I recommend it!

The house of Thais, and wonderful, we felt at home, had everything we needed for this week of fun and rest, clean, comfortably, airy and very beautiful! We spent hours sitting, talking and having a barbecue and the children on the nets. The village is sure that these moments were in the best memories. Praia da concanha nearinho, we went on foot, easy access and the wonderful neighborhood, super quiet neighborhood. Thais and Lu, excellent hosts, highly requested, helpful, attentive and extremely flexible, gave us a lot of security and clear information! Many thanks for everything! Gratitude.

The house is as described in the listing, exactly as shown in the photos, within a large condominium with a lot of natural reserve, with a trail accessible to those staying. The host left some snacks for us to welcome us, was always available, responded quickly. The location of the house is good to enjoy the region of Ubatuba and Caragua ... I highly recommend it!!!

Surreal good !!! House exactly as the photos, organized and clean! The beach is less than 7 minutes away, the waterfall is 15 minutes away and other beautiful beaches are all close to the house. Not to mention Vinicius' sympathy, he responds super fast and attentively at all times. I recommend it a thousand times. I spent my birthday with my family, and I was so happy. It was all worth it. Thank you Vinicius, we will definitely come back more often.

The house is nice with a nice backyard for pets. On the back a very good barbecue grill and table. It was a very good stay. Leandro was very kind and responded quickly.

We had an excellent experience at the house during our stay in Caraguatatuba. We were two guests and the accommodation perfectly met our expectations. The location was also a strong point, close to the beach, markets and with easy access to the center. The house is in a condominium and we felt safe the whole time. The host Rafaella was super attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. It was a quiet and nice stay. The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lucia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. A quiet, safe place with easy check-in and check-out! Thiago is very friendly, responds quickly and is always ready to help! Extremely clean and comfortable house. Some improvements could be made, but nothing that would have hindered the stay, and we already want to go back! Just a point of attention that large cars do not fit in the garage, but it is quite easy to leave them parked in front of the house (just be careful not to block the gate of the house underneath) My family and I loved it and had a great weekend!

Spectacular house! Spacious and modern. Full kitchen, all utensils. Wonderful space.. we loved spending these days there! One point that would make the experience even better would be the heated pool, then it would be surreal perfection. Sandra is a super attentive and dear person! We hope to return!

The house is great, with excellent indoor and outdoor space, well-ventilated environments, the pool was cleaned every day, the whirlpool (in the pool) is great for relaxing. Kitchen utensils were more than enough for our stay. Anderson was super helpful and quick to respond, polite from the beginning to the last day. I can't fail to mention Silvana, who welcomed us very warmly and handed over the key. Extremely polite, helpful person. Overall, the house exceeded expectations, especially the outdoor area, which is larger than it appears in the photos. Easy location, quiet neighborhood and lots of shops nearby. We enjoy the indoors more than the outdoors. ☺️🙏 We definitely want to go back!
