The Copper Hide - Beautiful and Unique Escape

The Copper Hide is a unique escape at Arth Valley Retreat on the west coast of Wales. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. With a roll top bath, mezzanine bed with large star gazing window and Woodburning stove. During your stay you’ll be free to roam our piece of the valley that flows down to a river with waterfalls. Only a few minutes from the sea. Come and enjoy this romantic spot in nature.

Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Beautiful Georgian Townhouse, 100m from the sea. Ardwyn 33 is centrally located around Aberaeron’s central park. Ardwyn is the best of both worlds- quiet and spacious, yet close to shops and Aberaeron’s beautiful harbour. Fine and family dining is a short walk away including the traditional seaside fish and chips. Feel like staying in? Curl up with some popcorn in our basement cinema room. There are beautiful walks nearby, including a stunning stroll to the local NT property- Llanerchaeron.
