What a beautiful place to stay. Walking distance of downtown, restaurants/bars, and the beach. Loved the balcony. Spotless!

Super cute and cozy place to stay. Owners are very responsive. The place has a lot to offer to families: board games, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, outdoor kids gym, books, and patio furniture with lights. The beach is so close and we swam. The town is quaint and the people are super friendly. Our kids liked using the playground at the school and hanging in the backyard. We took a day trip to Marquette and hiked Sugarloaf Mountain which was beautiful. Loved the space.

Clean and well organized

omg, I have been in airbnbs outside the country Mexico and Costa Rica, Canada and many in the US. I have never been to an Airbnb that was so well stocked with food and supplies for you to eat and use. Pam was a excellent communicator and she helped me in every area that I needed. and it was always a very quick response. We stayed for a month so we were able to cover all parts of the upper peninsula which was fabulous. We came in late in May stayed to late June and the weather was perfect. I would absolutely, absolutely stay there again. Great location for staying My husband and I are retired and travel staying in a different airbna app over the US. This was a fabulous place to stay to experience the upper peninsula. Gladstone is on the Michigan side and we went to so many different state and national parks hiking. We also spend a lot of time on the Superior side. it was only an hour drive. We stayed in Delta Den, no stairs and it was handicap accessible. Stay at Pams

The West End is the perfect place to stay if you are a there to get outdoors. Comfortable, homelike, and the perfect place to rest and recover from a day of hitting the MTB and hiking trails. You can easily ride to RAMBA, then hit up NTN. Close enough to Marquette for a variety of food options. If you need a bike shop in town, don't miss out on the owners West End Ski and Cycle in Ishpeming- it's an awesome place to shop, talk bikes, or just learn about the trails in the area. 100% recommend!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place looked even better in person than it did in the photos. It was cozy, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful touches — from local recommendations and restaurant guides to games, puzzles, and cards. We especially appreciated the foldable chairs we could take along on our hikes! Janet was an amazing host — super friendly and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Everything about our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

This was a fabulous experience for our first time using Airbnb. Inside the house was clean and very quaint. In the living room, we found several seating options, and the furniture definitely matched the beach theme and was reasonably comfortable. We enjoyed the beach house theme, although there was one piece that seemed a little like it was out of place from the rest of the decor, so we had a funny discussion on what it was and why it was there. The homemade banana nut bread and local blueberry jam were a true treat. Thank you!!! The kitchen had enough supplies, making us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and a nice size, and we had plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was clean, with nice towels. One thing that was kind of disappointing was that the "partial" beach view is extremely partial, as there is a shed, trees, and other buildings between the house and the beach that block most of the view. I know there are pictures, but the water view is almost nonexistent.

Came to town for work and Lesley and her place were both great! I travel for work 8 months out of the year and wish every place I stayed had someone as helpful and easy to work with as her! I would absolutly stay with her again!

Quant home which was very clean. Walking distance to campus and downtown. Great price for the accommodations. Host had very good accommodations and was very welcoming. Would highly recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in a peaceful and relaxing setting. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful both before and during our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and made great use of the sauna. The location offered easy access to downtown, with scenic views on the drive into town. Overall, a nice place with good amenities. Well worth the trip.

This is our second stay at the Fox Den and it was truly even better than the first! Great hosts, beautiful property and the view of the lake is just incredible. It’s a very long drive for us but the minute we arrived I remembered why it was so worth it! We also rented a boat and caught a ton of fish including Small Mouth Bass, Large Mouth Bass, two good sized Pike and a few pan fish, great few days of fishing! Fox Den is a special place with great hosts and we would give it 10 stars ⭐️ if we could.

Beautiful home and an amazing view of lake superior. Would recommend this stay to anyone! Lots of room and very clean, was nice to come back to after long days of exploring the area! And a good location. Thank you for letting us use your home for our trip!

Cara was an awesome host, always proactive and responsive. She was very flexible with everything, the house was clean and as described, great location. I would recommend this place to anyone looking at a family stay, and would definitely consider staying here again
