My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.

We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, which is suitable for children . The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We also accept dogs, for an addition fee of $15 dollars per dog per day..
