Charming backyard cottage with pool

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

Almost Brand New! Pets OK!

Newly Built quality home with beautiful comfortable furnishings. 3 bedrooms, each with a tv. Living room with lots of seating and open to a large dining room and big kitchen. This home is stocked with plenty of comfortable blankets, all the cooking utensils you need, coffee... and games to make your stay fun! Pets are ok if well trained (no barking or scratching etc) there is a convenient dog run on side yard. Back yard is quiet and sunny for bbq dinners.

Spacious Chico Retreat – 4BR/2BA Near Chico State

This is a newly renovated 1940 house that retains a ton of its original charm. It is conveniently located ~10 minute walk from Enloe hospital and ~10 minute walk to downtown / Chico State. The original hardwood floors have been refinished and are a work of art. There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and a large 18x12 master bedroom on the other. The master has a 55” TV connected to hi-fi speakers and has Philips Hue color changing lights.
