House vacation rentals in Chico

The house was immaculate and clean as if I was the first ever to stay. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and close to shopping and restaurants. Nidhi responded to my communications within minutes and even met me the next day to return some items that I had left.

This home is centrally located in Chico. It’s just a short drive to almost anything the city has to offer.

We had a great stay with Alisha! Everything was comfortable and the pool was so fun to use! We really appreciated that their pool had a safety fence - that gave us peace of mind.

Great place to stay with lots of friends. The pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen made it the perfect spot to spend a Summer evening. Lived the home and had lots of beds for everyone too.

What a wonderful Airbnb! We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and the place could not have been more perfect for our family. We had a mixture of grandparents and younger tweens who all felt right at home. The backyard and pool were the main attraction, as we spent most of our time outside. The owners just renovated the pool area so we were very lucky. We played shuffleboard inside, horse shoes and used the jacuzzi as well. We hosted a bbq for the grad party and the bbq worked great for a large group. No issues at all. There is tons of parking which was appreciated as well. We wish we had another kid going to Chico state just so we could stay here again! Thank you Sara Rose for answering all of our questions and being such a great host.

We had a very relaxing perfect stay at this house. The pool is fantastic, It’s surrounded with grassy areas lots of shade. The pictures do not do it justice. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Chico.

In town for a Chico graduation and stayed at this property. Beautiful house and yard, exactly what we expected and then some! The host was very nice and responsive to my question even though it was my own user error in typing the password to the WiFi. Clean, beautifully decorated, everything we needed for a getaway, would definitely recommend this place!!

We stayed for a week during a heat wave up to 100 degrees. While I worked remotely, the AC kept us cool. The Internet/wifi was great for my meetings and work without interruption. The pool was fantastic to have during the very hot days! The gentleman staying in the guest house was great to meet and share the pool with. I've never used a portable dishwasher before so that was fun and worked great. The clothes washer and dryer were brand new and worked great too. It's a very roomy place in the living room and dining room, which was great when visitors would come by. I liked the character of a hundred year old home and the quirky style. It was a nice change from the usual modern style. Hosts were responsive and helpful!

This stay worked out great. Stephanie was very responsive and accommodating on short notice. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the AC kept us nice and cool. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and we did not find ourselves in want of anything. We'll stay here again for sure should we find ourselves back in the area.

We were very pleased with this Home. We came down for a high school graduation of our granddaughter with a lot of family. The house suited us very well. Everyone had their privacy, but we had great entertainment area as well. We were very pleased if the occasion arises again where we need such a large place we will visit right here

Joshua's Bungalo was perfect for my family of four and dog. The backyard was our favorite part. Our kids loved the swing and playing soccer in the yard and swimming in the pool. The plants and decor were beautiful, felt like we were in a very special garden. The kids loved checking on the chickens. The house was central to everything in town, it was the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids bunk beds and playroom were so fun for the kids. We all had plenty of space and then some! Would love to stay here again someday! I'm a Chico native and wanted to show my kids Chico and see friends and family and this was the perfect house for that!

Glad we chose this home for a girls’ weekend away. It was cozy, clean, and welcoming. Robin made sure we had everything that we needed. The pool was really refreshing after spending the day sightseeing. We loved that the house overlooks the lake. We sat out on the balcony with our cups of coffee in the morning watching the sun rise and glimmer on the placid water. We were back on the balcony in the evening with glasses of wine watching the sunset as the stillness of the night crept in. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms made this a pleasant stay for three women enjoying a getaway!

This was the most affordable place for my group and I to stay for the weekend and it also turned out to be the best Airbnb I have stayed in! It was so clean and tidy and when we first arrived in 100° heat, the AC was already on for us! Carissa is a very responsive host and easy to get a hold of. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in Chico!

We had a great time in Chico celebrating a graduation. The backyard was nice and my kids loved the play’s fixtures and open grass area to run around. Close to stores and restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

It's a lovely home. Nice and quiet. Just far enough off the beaten path for tranquility but close enough to run into town for anything you need. Very cozy and comfortable.

This place was perfect. I needed a place to get ready for a big birthday party and there was plenty of room. It was nice and clean easy to find it was perfect to get ready in. And just like everyone else said that bed is comfortable

One of the best stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed for a long weekend stay where we cooked every day for 14 people. The farmhouse was gorgeous and the perfect size for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of parking. We did add the cottage for an extra bedroom. If the farmhouse and cottage were booked at the same time by different people, the stay may have felt less private and peaceful. The yard was fully fenced in which was perfect for our kids. The checkout instructions were clear and not onerous. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Chandi’s place! They had the nicest beds and linens I think I’ve ever slept on which was amazing after a long drive. They were in the middle of a nice remodel in the backyard and I can only imagine how great the place will be once it’s all done. The hot tub was a great touch too to help us wind down after traveling. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind when we travel back to Chico!

thia house is a standout on the street. very cute and well cared for. it was a lovely stay and the house had everything I needed. the neighborhood is not right downtown but easily accessible by car to lots of different things to do and see and restaurants. door dash was easy here.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Chico! The house was very clean and well equip. Great location and host was amazing!

House is very well set up for children - toys, play areas, bunk bed room with a fish tank, games in the backyard. The toddler particularly enjoyed the play kitchen and our older kid loved being walking distance to the local park. For the adults, we enjoyed being walking distance to the newer restaurants and shops in Meriam Park and having coffee in the morning on the back porch. This house feels like what Airbnb was originally intended for...it has all the amenities, charm and comfort of staying in someone's home with the cleanliness and simplicity of a hotel stay.

Elyse was an exceptional host she warm, responsive, and thoughtful. The home was stunning, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again!
