Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a summer meal. Laundry is ready to go. The front yard has been newly landscaped and rich with growth. The back yard has a patio with full table, sitting area, lawn, shady, fish pond and landscaped to enhance birds, bees and butterflies is in progress.

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.
