We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Large rooms which are nicely decorated and comfy beds. The permit parking was handy and easy to use and there is a bus stop just down the road to get to Brighton. Thank you for our lovely stay :)

The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Brilliant 4 night stay at Crossroads. It felt like a home from home - with everything we could ask for and more. Communication was great, and the house was even nicer than the photos. The little touches like food essentials were really appreciated after a long journey too. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

We stayed here as a family of 7 (5 adults, 10 year old and 8 month old) during the Easter holidays. The house is perfectly positioned for walking into Ventnor. We spent a few afternoons sitting outside the Spyglass Inn which was lovely. Also recommend Craves Icecreams! Getting around the island is easy and ee enjoyed many days out (the weather was kinder than we had thought!) Parking can be tricky, i wouldnt want to try and find a space in the height of summer, but we always found one! The house had everything we needed, however, there are lots of stairs! So not ideal for any visitors less able. Fine for us! Caroline was the perfect host, always quick to reply to any messages before and during our stay and we were able to enter the property slightly earlier due to no one having been there the previous week. We 1000% recommend the "Fighting Cocks Inn", we have been previosuly and again, it didnt disappoint! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Great property, very central and well equipped. Having the 2 digitally registered parking permits was brilliant because of the challenge of parking in Winchester. Felt right at home and had a wonderful weekend with the family as very easy to walk to the sights, pubs and restaurants.

What a beautiful house! We booked Lynn’s house for a much needed girls weekend away and it was perfect. It’s conveniently close to Goodwood, a short walk into town and a short drive to the Witterings. Most used phrase over the weekend … “I love this house”. This is a home away from home; not only is the decor dreamy, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, bedrooms are lovely, beds and pillows extremely comfortable and the whole house was immaculate. We would absolutely love to stay again!! Thank you Lynn x

This was our second visit, everything was perfect again and is a perfect place for good walks. The hamper was a nice touch too

The house was so clean and decorated beautifully. The extra touches of a coffee machine and essentials like milk were very good. The area was surprisingly quiet as it was located near a bustling street.

We enjoyed a Mens-weekend at Goodwood. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were just perfect for us. The house was very clean and the area very calm. Great to recharge our batteries. Its only 10mins by Taxi to the Race Track. Thank you for everything, incl. toast and wine. If we come back we will reconsider this place.

We were 7 adults and this was a fabulous place for a group to get together which felt even more spacious than the photos made it seem. The whole house was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and there was plenty of loo roll! The beach is a short walk away and a perfect spot for a swim. We would definitely book again.

Stayed with frail grandparents and our two little children (aged 4 and 2). Kids felt very at home, view was lovely. Beach was less than 3 mins walk. Discovered the harbour which was a short walk around the beach on the final day! wish we had discovered it sooner. Very comfortable and cosy. Easy to use everything there. Want to come back! looking at availability for next year.

We had a lovely stay here, it was the perfect base while attending a wedding nearby. We were also able to explore the seaside and Portsmouth easily. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, we felt very at home. Thank you Stacey.

Excellent location for an event at local sailing club (15 min walk or 5min on scooter) Venue was exactly at described and we all thought it was homely, well presented, extremely clean with modern appliances, nice relaxing garden area and some nice touches. We encountered no problems during our stay but clear instructions were available should we have needed it. Overall we agreed it was great value for the money we paid (party of 6 over 3 nights) and would definitely use again.

The house is tastefully decorated and has all you need for a home away from home. Location is great to be able to walk into Cowes and explore everything it has to offer, close by to supermarkets for convenience too. Having the dedicated car space took the stress away from being unfamiliar with the area.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

It was a lovely stay at Beth's BNB.. it was very carefully and thoughtfully arranged, my baby's high chair, food essentials, extra bed for the 7 year old! the place was very well equipped and spotless! Was conveniently located near a floating bridge that connects to the main ferry station within 5 minutes!..which was excellent!!! Overall would love to recommend this stay to any family looking to enjoy the Isle of wight!

We had a great time in Laura's house. Although we were in town for work it was a lovely house to return to and unwind in. Very well situated house with lots of space.

A great location, easily walkable to Southsea Common, hovercraft and Gunwharf Quays. This property is unusual in this area in that it has dedicated parking spaces outside the house. My friends and I loved the layout set over several floors. Every room was spotless and the amenities were as described. We used the outside seating in the private courtyard a lot and the little personal touches, including a birthday card, were appreciated. Any questions were answered by Nicola very quickly. Would definitely stay again.
