Our annexe sits in a quiet garden in a small village on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has its own sunny little garden.

We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. We totally renovated our house a year or two ago and designed our purpose built self contained guest Annexe. The room is bright and light with an ensuite shower room and a SIMBA king size bed. There are a couple of easy chairs to relax in and a little table and chairs to eat/work a. There are no cooking facilities but there is a mini fridge, kettle and toaster and we supply tea, coffee, bread & milk. There is safe parking on our private drive right outside your entrance door.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
