Our annexe sits in a quiet garden in a small village on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Pretty in Pink - delightful, cosy chichester house

Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please.) Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach.

You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Little feathers… a beachy retreat

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter.
