Thank you for a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen was amazing, the property was spotlessly clean and spacious throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. We had the perfect, restful stay and highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Amazing place. Even better than expected. Great location. Stunning views from the apartment. Apartment was clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed in it and some extra touches that were very much appreciated. Well worth the money. Would definitely go back/recommend to others.

We had a great stay at Belmont View in August. The whole place was spotless on arrival and was perfect location to get into town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more which is always helpful. Communication was very quick and we were also lucky enough to meet joeseph whom was very lovely. Thankyou so much for letting us stay.

We had a lovely stay at Catherine’s delightful coach house. It is in an idyllic rural location with country walks alongside fields of horses and alpacas right from the door. Check in was really easy and we found everything we needed in the property. We were even pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the sofa bed was! There is lots to do in the local area. We visited the Portsmouth historic dockyard, Stansted Park (for an open air theatre performance) and Weald & Downland living museum in the 3 days we were in the area. We will certainly be back to explore this beautiful area further.

The Annexe was everything we expected and more with lots of lovely touches eg toiletries, welcome pack, honesty bar, bed linen etc Location was perfect for us as we have relatives nearby, we would be very happy to stay there again and would highly recommend.

Have stayed at Ali's properties before and always have a great stay. Spotless, spacious, stylish. Will stay at Ali's properties whenever in the area if available. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

We stayed for one night while attending a family party nearby. Gerry responded quickly to any enquiries and was very helpful. The studio was easy to find and was clean and comfortable. We would definitely like to explore the area further, so hopefully will be able to return in the future. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely studio.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Our second stay at the Salt Shack and it didn't disappoint. We've loved long dog walks on the beach, sea swimming and fossil hunting! This is the prefect place as one of our party has a disability. 😊

Perfect place for a quiet getaway and close enough to explore some great places. All you hear from the garden is birdsong. Perfect. We stayed a week and visited Winchester a few times, Stonehenge, new forest, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, lymington etc. Very comfortable place to stay and Natalie clearly looks after the place. Thumbs up from us and if in the area again we will be coming back to the piggery.

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

We enjoyed our experience in your lovely property, especially the piano and table tennis plus the outdoor space. A lovely setting to have a relaxing weekend to get away from the city and catch-up with friends. We’ll remember the property with all the personality and character for a long time, would happily to others!

Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). What a spot! I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We had a lovely stay. The place is great - spacious, bright, very clean and has everything you need (and more!) Fiona has spared no expense or effort - she has thought of everything. The cherry on top of all of this is how brilliant Fiona is! Great communication and just a warm person. Thank you Fiona!

We had a lovely few days at Boutique Beach. The beach was easily accessible in a nice quiet area. Drifters Beach Bar did amazing breakfasts!

We had a great stay at Darren and Tammy’s place. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

This place is really thoughtfully set-out. There's everything you need and the hosts have gone above and beyond to lay out clear instructions for everything you might need. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed staying there. We didn't have a car, but were there for an event hosted right next to it - there's not a lot you can easily walk to, so if you're there for a weekend, you might want to bring / hire a car. However, there's a great pub super close by which also does breakfast and has a great playground for kids. Ideal if you're going to do lots of walks / hikes.

Fiona’s property was possibly one of the best we’ve stayed at. Aside from the usual things, there were cool ‘little touches’ that added to the overall feel. Big enough for our team to get breakfast and do a quick meeting in the courtyard before heading to work The Great Escape festival. Overall a very very cool location

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

This is a lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was much bigger than we expected. Loved having the garden with plenty of seating. Everything was clean and tidy. Plus the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Thanks Jane.
