It comfortably sleeps 14 people in seven tastefully furnished double rooms. The Villa is on a hill in a secluded location about 1.9km from the village of Porto Azzurro.

The Corbezzolo has been built from an ancient rural building completely renovated, the building consists of a living area furnished with antique furniture, a fireplace, a kitchenette in masonry. The air-conditioned double bedroom has a serene and restful living room. The bathroom has a shower. There is a large garden both for moments of relaxation and various activities, and for the parking of cars. In front of the Corbezzolo is Il Frassino, always belonging to the farm.
