Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

The apartment (100m2) can accommodate 9 up to persons (4 adults.+5 Ki. or up to 6 adults.+3 Ki.) and consists of a spacious living room, a large bedroom with double bed + bunk bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed (1.40 + 90), a very large covered terrace (40m2), a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and washing machine.

At the back begins the wood with paths for trekking and mountain biking. It is five minutes walk from the beaches of Cavo, Frugoso and the hidden Cala delle Alghe. Very quiet place, with condominium parking spaces. (We do not provide sheets, towels etc ...)
