My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The apartment (100m2) can accommodate 9 up to persons (4 adults.+5 Ki. or up to 6 adults.+3 Ki.) and consists of a spacious living room, a large bedroom with double bed + bunk bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed (1.40 + 90), a very large covered terrace (40m2), a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and washing machine.

The house is in a prime location in all respects, in a residential and quiet setting on a private road a two minute walk from two wonderful beaches and a 10 minute walk from the village and all amenities. It is equipped with all the comforts and has private parking included inside the property.

Two-room apartment with sea view (islands of Cerboli and Palmaiola) with a large terrace where you can have breakfasts, lunches and dinners... At the back begins the wood with paths for trekking and mountain biking. It is five minutes walk from the beaches of Cavo, Frugoso and the hidden Cala delle Alghe. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment for the total nights booked.
