Lovely apartment with great location. The house was clean, all amenities were present, there is a Smart TV. The hostess was welcoming and friendly, check-in and check-out went without any problems. There is a shop within walking distance, the center is within walking distance, the neighborhood is nice and quiet

This house is truly authentic and looks exactly like the photos – I honestly thought it was just a lucky camera angle until I walked inside! The interior is full of character, with a beautiful stove that creates the cozy atmosphere of a fireplace. Every item in the house feels thoughtfully chosen, and it’s a joy to just look around and take it all in. The highlight, though, is the incredible view of Mount Kazbek – you can literally wake up in bed and see it right in front of you. Inside, everything is spotlessly clean, and all the appliances and household essentials work perfectly. Saba and his family are incredibly warm and welcoming – always available if you need anything. I’m beyond happy with my stay and would love to come back again and again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation in an indescribably beautiful and quiet location overlooking the sea and the Turkish coast. The host is responsive and attentive. The interior is clean and of high quality, there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation. I didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come again.

The view from this place is amazing. The stay in itself was great too. The place had all amenities and everything worked well. Ivane was always proactive and at a message away. We ended up extending our stay with 1 more day and Ivane gave us an offer for that additional day. Grocery store is just across the street. Cafe's are a little bit distant, but still very walkable. But it's the view from the place that made our day. To get up in the morning looking at mountains and then to sit in the chair and look at the traffic by the river, it's an amazing way to start your day. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed for a few days on holiday with mother. We had a fantastic time and felt like at home. The apartment is quiet, safe, spacious, well equipped. The bed is very comfortable too - not firm at all. The balcony is also a great bonus. The area around is busy but not noisy. Lots of restaurants and small businesses. Linda was very helpful and responsive. Strongly recommend staying at hers and wish the best. Thank you.

Studio very well located, near the beach, with many shops nearby, very clean and quiet, excellent communication with the owner and quick response and very précise arrivage instructions .

The flat is in a beautifully peaceful area near many good restaurants. The flat itself is cool and shady, with charming and whimsical decor. We greatly enjoyed our time.

Small but cosy flat in the Vake area - very conveniently located, lots of nice restaurants nearby, and plenty of places to walk around. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, recommend it!

Loved Tengiz’s place! It’s comfy, clean, and exactly the type of place we wanted to stay in while living in the Old Town. Location was great too, within 10 mins of the Funicular and close to bars and restaurants. A+.

Natia and this management team are our go-to places to stay in Tbilisi. They pay attention to the details: the apartments are expertly designed, always clean, and well stocked with things like laundry detergent, toilet paper, extra blankets, fans, etc. This particular location has an incredible Swedish Cafe just downstairs that is well worth the visit, plus easy access to groceries, coffee shops, Vake in general. Top notch stay. Madloba!

Just wow !!! What a cute apartment la has made .. she has taken care of every small detail which a guest would need to stay in a new place for long term .. starting from well furnished Kitchen to well equipped bathroom. The studio room is big with a big sitting area , and decent sized kitchen and good sized bedroom. Cleanliness was top notch , interior was super cute and plus the bath tub was a star point. coming to la!! What a sweet lady she is , genuinely interested in giving a good experience to the guests. We had asked for some extra time to keep our luggage as our train back was in the late evening. La was very accommodating enough to allow us and inspite of we being late by an hour due to some last min issues she was patient enough. Love from India ❤️

This was my first trip to Tbilisi, and Vano was extremely helpful with his info on checking in. The place was perfect for what I wanted. Great view and was in a perfect part of town. Vano was always responsive if I had a question. Checking out was a breeze as well. In short visiting Georgia was one my greatest life experiences and I’d truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool place to stay during your time.

We really enjoyed staying at Nina’s apartment during our trip to Tbilisi. The location is super central yet tucked away in a peaceful area. The apartment has such a nice sense of style — charming, authentic, and just felt good to be in. And the big windows made it even better. Communication was easy, and we’d definitely come back. I had a great one month stay at Manana's place and would definitely stay there again! The place was nice and big, with tall ceilings and a nice living room area to relax in. The balcony was really nice to eat meals with a view of the city.

Everything was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better location and Irakli was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

great location in walkable area with lots of restaurants. orbeliani Bazar is 1 min walking, supermarket with everything needed also 1 min walking. nice cozy apartment. we were family of 5 people on total. for group of 2 people or 2+1 child this place would be ideal! the balcony is spacious and nice!

Amazing stay in an amazing location. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes, with a private balcony, air conditioning, nice kitchen bathroom laundry, everything you need for a great stay. I didn't want to leave! Great hosts with great communication. Highly recommended!
