Monthly Rentals in Carlsbad

My boyfriend enjoyed our stay. The casita was very clean and charming. Close to everything we were in Carlsbad to do. Would definitely recommend.

My son works out of state and has stayed here 3 times around 3-4 weeks each stay. Gabriel is VERY responsive and place is ALWAYS clean and ready. The privacy of location is a major plus.

My husband and I’s stay was exactly what we needed while exploring national parks in the area. The location was perfect (about 35 minutes from Carlsbad Caverns, 1 hour from Guadalupe Mountains NP, and 2.5 hours from White Sands) and had amazing local restaurants to check out nearby as well. Not too mention, close to some other fun outdoor spots we took our pups to (about 1 hour from Sitting Bull Falls and 1.5 hours from Bottomless Lakes). The place was easy to find and very private. The outdoor patio/fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs as well as an amazing spot to grab a bite of lunch outside under the umbrella. The place itself was clean and cozy with plenty of space for all of us. The kennel included was a big plus for us and our dogs. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and warm after long days of hiking. Would agree that there is road noise; however, we were so exhausted that we didn’t even notice! Would stay again if ever again in Carlsbad!!! :)

The stay at Jenn’s was great! It’s a cozy little spot. Close to the river. Highly recommend the ice cream spot in town!
