We are situated in a safe setting with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy all that the Pecos offers, including a fun view of the river's activities from the back yard patio or upstairs balcony. Whether you are fishing, boating, swimming, or lounging around, an enjoyable time awaits you. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.

The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.

The Sanctuary - Your Own Oasis in Carlsbad

The Sanctuary is the ultimate romantic get-away. The first suite carved out of a vintage 1920s rock building (formally a church) is stunning. Everywhere you look there are fine architectural elements from India sourced from Rare Finds in Denver. The chef's kitchen will not disappoint and the master suite features a king size bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower with heated floors ~ expect to feel pampered.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is close to The Carlsbad Beach and recreation center, as well as grocery store. You do share the backyard with La Fuente (front house) which would be perfect if you have a large gathering and decide to rent out both, you can just retire to your own quiet little space.
