Julie’s place was perfect for what we needed. The back deck was so lovely during the late afternoon watching the sun go down, and the lounge room was very spacious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Barbara was a friendly and welcoming host. The cottage had everything we needed and was very close to town and wedding venues. The area was picturesque and very quiet. The breakfast supplies were appreciated and this was a very nice surprise. We would be happy to stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at this host’s property, the property was really clean and the host was really responsive to any of my enquiries. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay during their visit to the Hunter Valley.

We had a wonderful short stay in Broke, and one of the highlights was the private stargazing experience with Martin. We were lucky enough to have a perfect, clear night, and Martin made it even more special with his knowledge and enthusiasm. If you're visiting, make sure to also try their wines — especially if you enjoy the hint of honey in your wine. They were worth trying out.
