Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Brian Head

We loved our stay! The hot tub was a great bonus and my kids took great advantage to the yard, swing set and board games inside. Plenty of entertainment for children. The place was clean and plenty of space.

We really enjoyed our visit- it was clean and good instructions for use and information about the area.

Great spot in Parowan to explore multiple national parks/rec areas from Basin to Glen Canyon to the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce

Amazing host- absolutely beautiful home

We loved our 5 star stay in Nick's house. We chose the location as it was convenient for visiting Zion and Bryce. The house is bright, spacious, clean and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub under the stars. We also appreciated the comfy beds and efficient shower and bath. Would highly recommend.

Suzie place was beautiful! Definitely a place that I will think about stoping again. Perfect place for a good skiing adventure with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our time at Scott's place. It was very cozy and had a lovely atmosphere. Scott was very attentive to our needs. If we decide to come back this way we'll definitely return!

Our stay at Peter’s place was fantastic! To our surprise, it was even larger than it seemed in the pictures, and it comfortably accommodated our party of 8 with room to spare. The beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked well, and everything was super clean! The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dogs, and the kids absolutely loved the hot tub. 10/10 we look forward to booking with Peter again.

Our group of 12 found the home spacious and accommodating for large groups. Plenty of bathrooms and fridge space. Working washer and dryer. Plenty parking. Great central location to visit Zion and Bryce NP.

Joshua's cabin was a great place to stay, he was a great host to work with. Beautiful views of Giant Steps out the big windows. Lots of great common areas to hang out, it was ideal for our large group. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. Joshua's cabin offered extra amenities over others in the area, unfortunately a few main things we planned on using were not available. The BBQ and fire pit were not on property and we were disappointed that Hot Tub was not currently working. Joshua communicated any issues we had and even sent a repair man to try to fix them. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay at his cabin again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was right in the middle between Bryce Canyon, Zion and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, which we all visited. It was a peaceful escape and we enjoyed home cooked meals almost every night. It was also very convenient to have access to do laundry and to use the game room and fireplace. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a peaceful and quiet stay.

We had an amazing stay! The views from the cabin are incredible. It’s super close to town and 15 minutes away from even more restaurants and things to do. Shaun provided detailed instructions for the cabin and recommendations for what to do while in town. The property is very private and had all the amenities we needed and more. We would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful property. Cozy and comfortable. The place has a calming, soothing vibe. It feels expensive and rich. The kitchen drawers and cabinets are filled with good stuff: quality cutlery and cooking utensils, nice pots and pans, dishes, etc. It’s not cheap Ikea still like many other places Beds and deep and warm. The drive in is an adventure in the snow - good to have 4WD. The location is perfect. It’s minutes from Pizano’s Pizza and the General Store, and a couple hundred yards from the base of chair 5, so it’s a true ski-in-ski-out property. Jacuzzi was set at 104. Can’t wait to come again. We loved this place! We would definitely return, it’s so beautiful and it felt like home immediately. There was everything you needed to cook various meals, the crockpot and rice cooker were a great addition. We used the BBQ a couple of times too! There were even marshmallow roasting sticks. The surroundings were breathtaking. We loved using the hot tub and sitting on the balcony and we saw so many deer and chipmunks. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were excellent! Melissa is a fantastic host, she reached out to check on us and was also very responsive if we needed anything or had any questions. Panguitch lake is beautiful, but I would say it’s a walk from the cabin to get to a good space to fish and paddle board so we chose to drive around to find a good spot. The only thing to plan for is that you need to drive your garbage bags to the dumpster area because there aren’t receptacles anywhere outside, due to the wildlife. I hope we can come back next year!!! Thank you!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, which made for restful nights and calm mornings. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. What really stood out was the host’s communication. This home is in a wonderful location if you want a peaceful stay, yet easily drivable to both Zion and Bryce. The small town was wonderful and locals very friendly. The house had all the advertised space and amenities. We enjoyed our stay and have fallen in love with Utah!
