House vacation rentals in Birchgrove

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. This is where myself and my bridal team prepared for my wedding day. Such a beautiful place and stunning views which made for some amazing pictures, despite the rain. Very happy with our experience.

Tina was an excellent host. She went over and beyond making sure we had a great stay, including putting in a brand new BBQ for us which was greatly appreciated. Communication was great prior to our arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was very clean and as described. It was great that liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, as were kitchen basics, tea, coffee etc. The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the Bondi shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, and a 20 minute walk from Bondi Beach. The heated pool, although small, is a rare find and great for cooler times of the year, and the lovely covered outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQs. The area is noisy with a busy multi lane main road directly behind the apartment and a school in front of it. The other thing to note is that the apartment is approached by about 10 steep external steps so might not be easy for people with mobility issues.

My family and I stayed at this coastal retreat in Bronte Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is stunning, with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The property is beautifully maintained, offering impeccable style, large bedrooms, many bath/bathing options, multiple spacious gathering areas, and a great kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the cozy beds to the well-equipped kitchen. The coastal walks, Bronte Baths/Beach and Bondi Beach are on the must see list. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this Airbnb and the location exceeded my expectations. The pictures in the listing are accurate but cannot thoroughly convey the loveliness of this place.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and did not want to leave. The space is beautifully open with 5 levels and great light throughout. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool given winter, but the bbq got plenty of use as did the kitchen and dining room which is large! The heating system kept us more than warm during some of the coldest days of winter and the parking was very convenient. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

We had a great stay at this lovely home, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The location made for a very peaceful and private experience. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with four generously sized bedrooms, all featuring comfortable beds. One night did get a little chilly, and it would’ve been helpful to have a few extra blankets on hand—we ended up using the doonas from the unused beds, which worked fine. The kitchen was impressively large. There was a coffee machine too, which was a nice touch—though having some milk provided would have made it even better. The pool area looked beautiful and inviting, although it was a bit too chilly for a swim during our visit. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back again and would happily recommend this place to others looking for a quiet, comfortable home away from home.

We had a terrific stay at Bruce's place. The place is exactly like the photos, so our expectations were 100% matched with the location. It is a lovely and quiet location, surrounded by bushland and nice, quiet streets. I will stay there again when visiting Sydney next time. A really good find and well worth the price.

Great place to stay not too far from the CBD. Lots of transportation nearby with buses and metro. Really recommended for a short stay and we’d definitely stay again in the future

Linh and Jack's wonderful house was probably one of the best air bnb's we've stayed at. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. They had a little guide to the area and the house which was very handy. Linh and Jack were also very accomodating with check out and extending the stay when we had to add an extra day to our trip last minute. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend!

We have stayed here a number of times now, it is the perfect location to explore Balmain / Rozelle Inner West), and the CBD is only a 5-minute bus ride away. It is so homely and comfortable. We have already booked our next stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Antonio‘s place – a great spot in a beautiful Neighbourhood. The house is well appointed and the kitchen especially is a great place to make a meal and entertain friends. Antonio was very helpful with communications. It is a beautiful home with interesting art making it feel warm and friendly too. Thanks Antonio, we will be back!

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

This is a hidden gem. We will definitely stay here again. Just 4 minutes by ferry to the centre of the city but felt like we were another world away as it was so quiet. Jillian was great to deal with. Highly recommended

James' place was in an incredible location in Sydney. We loved the neighborhood, and easy access to the ferry terminal and all the great tourist spots in Sydney. The house had a lovely light filled, spacious layout, and was beautifully furnished. There was plenty of room for our family. We really appreciated the effort to create a clean, beautiful and relaxing holiday home. James was friendly, helpful and checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable.

Amazing stay! 10/10! We chose this location due to its close proximity to The Mater Hospital, just a 5min walk. Accommodation was very comfortable and warm. It had all the amenities we required, felt like a home away from home. Fantastic street, quiet at night and walking access to very close cafes by day. The host was phenomenal and made our stay so seamless, very attentive to our requests and continued to support us throughout our stay. Parking was very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay at Sinead’s place. Communication with Sinead was always easy and timely. The place is so cute and was perfect for two people. The location is great, it is not far from the airport but also close to public transit and walkable to many shops and restaurants. This was a great place to stay and we will stay here again when we return to Sydney!

What a lovely place to stay. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lilyfield. The house was super clean and comfortable with a surprisingly spacious rear garden and outdoor entertaining area. We used to live in this area before moving to the UK, so were looking forward to exploring our old ‘hood, but the host Jodie went over an above to make our stay even more special with some local suggestions that were absolute gems! Jodie was also super responsive and helpful before and after our stay. We would definitely stay at Jodie’s place again in future and would totally recommend to anyone considering staying at the same time.

Sarah really looked after us as we hired the house for a long weekend as our wedding venue was just down the road. House has everything you need, coffee machine is excellent. Lots of space which was handy when all the family came over to get ready ahead of the wedding. Nice 10 min walk down to the water and to the Hunters Hill shops the other direction with a little supermarket and plenty of cafes etc. Great house, has everything you need and Sarah is a brilliant host. Would stay again

We had a fantastic stay at Namita’s beautiful home! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully organized, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The host was wonderful, very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. This home is also located in a great area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Loved my week at Amanda’s. The welcome “weekly shop” (fresh basics + juice) was a lovely touch after a long journey. Quiet street, yet a quick walk to Manly Beach, cafés, and the ferry—perfect spot. Home was spotless, comfy beds, sharp kitchen, bright living space. Amanda’s fast replies and local tips sealed the deal. Five stars.

It was a pleasure to stay in this place, and we were always delighted to return to Frank's place at the end of a long day sightseeing. Situated in a neighborhood full of character, we were impressed with the great restaurants close by. Convenient to supermarkets to stock up for breakfast and other items. Walking to the city was easy...about 15 minutes to Sydney Tower and about 30 minutes to Circular Quay and the Opera House. The property itself is immaculate and spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay. Frank was great to communicate with. Hope to return one day.
