The main feature is the square, "tower" layout, with a 360° view of the most famous sights of Rome: St. Peter's, the Janiculum, the Synagogue, the Altar of the Fatherland, the Quirinal and the Capitol, etc. Large, bright, quiet, with a beautiful terrace where you can eat in the summer and from which you can enjoy the exclusive view. Renovated in full respect of the original features (wooden roof with exposed beams) and furnished harmonizing modern lines and techno comforts (fully air-conditioned winter and summer; class A+ built-in appliances) with antique details (the small desk, the round table, the console of the sleeping area). It consists of: * a corridor with two bathrooms; * a large open area divided into; - kitchen area; - dining/study area; - living/conversation area with sofa single bed; - sleeping area (queen-size bed); * bathroom with shower; * bathroom with tub. * a large terrace where you can eat in the summer (even equipped with a barbecue) and enjoy a unique view of ancient Rome. Tram – line 8 – (direct to the center, Phanteon/Piazza Navona/Piazza Venezia) stop in Viale di Trastevere (a few meters from the house) Bus - line "H", - (direct to Termini Station) stop in Piazza Giocchino Belli (100 meters from the house); From Fiumicino Airport, every 20 minutes you can take the "Leonardo Express" train to Fara Sabina (Alto Lazio) which stops at many stations in Rome including, after about 30 minutes, at Trastevere Station less than a km from the house. There you take tram no. 8 which takes you directly a few meters from Via della VII Coorte. From Termini Station, Rome Central Station, junction and intersection of all Rome metro lines, you will find the shuttle bus stop to and from Ciampino airport (Terravision). Very nice accommodation, as described in the photos, Paola was very attentive to our needs. The surroundings are quiet, there is a supermarket and good places to eat. 15 minutes walk from the subway and 20 minutes from the coliseum.

Very nice airbnb, spacious and clean, with everything you need to live comfortably. Train, tram, and bus stations all at walkable distance. There were also restaurants and markets near. Denis was very kind and very quick to respond to any messages. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend!

We had a great few days in Rome Mattio’s place was good for us four adults. It was about an hours walk to the city centre. Which we did on the first day. As it was 35 degrees we decided to use the buses and trams after that.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Giacomo's accommodation is located at the back of a peaceful and well-maintained residence in Trastevere. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation fully matches the photos and is really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We really enjoyed our stay in Rome!

The apartment was clean and spacious. Carla was available if needed. Great communication. The location was perfect and was easy to walk around and find everything we needed in the area. There is a tram and train station. Every Sunday the flea market is literally in the square. Bedroom is in the back so there is no traffic noises.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived several hours later than expected, but Marco was waiting for us outside and was very gracious about it. I loved the apartment, lots of character and was very homely. There is a well equipped, modern kitchen with everything you need. The outside terrace offers a very calm and relaxing space to unwind after a busy day exploring Rome. It is located really close to the Termini railway and metro station which was great for getting around. I would 100% stay here again if I were to visit Rome again.

Carmen’s place was so lovely. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable! Was easy to find and check in was a very easy process. Carmen was accommodating and even allowed us to drop our bags at the apartment early. Carmen offered great recommendations for local restaurants and tips for travelling in the area. I would stay again and would recommend to others!

Central&safe BB w exclusive entrance and terrace

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.
