Garden Villa In Rome with Private Pool BBQ

RuthRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

A green gate to Rome

AsumanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

THE HOUSE UNDER THE TREE

ColineRating, 5 stars9 months ago
I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. It felt like my home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

Vatican City green apartment in Rome - Metro A

LauraRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The Houses That I Inhabit

CamrynRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Bright Monteverde apartment

We loved meeting Lorenzo and having him show us his lovely home. It was cozy and well decorated, had everything we could need, and the beers and biscuits were such a sweet treat. It was easy to travel to the old part of the city, and nice to be in a quieter neighbourhood at the end of the day! Lorenzo gave us tons of recommendations of restaurants and local events! Bellissimo!

Lovely house in San Lorenzo near the center

SophiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This little apartment had all we needed for our stay. We were only in Rome 2 days, so we didn’t spend much time there, but it was a good little spot! The area is by a large university, so there’s lots of young people. The food was cheaper than in Rome, and we enjoyed an amazing dinner there. The location is decent. It’s quite close to the colosseum via tram, and to get to the Vatican or trevi fountain, etc, you need to take a tram to connect to a metro. Not bad at all. Sofia and Barbara were very helpful and had great communication!

Trastevere Double-A LOFT

AubreyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Andrea was a splendid host because of how responsive and understanding he was. His place was perfect. It was safe, private, and quiet. When we ran into a glitch, Andrea was quick to offer a generous solution to reconcile the concern. The place had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Plus, it felt close to the center of Rome without being in the thick of the chaos. It’s close to delicious restaurants, several transit options in any direction, and the idyllic area surrounding Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere. We went there several nights for shopping, dinner, and dessert. It’s an 8-minute walk to Lavasciuga Roma, which I recommend for laundry: €22 and two hours to wash, dry, and fold a week of laundry for three people. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return to Rome and stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome! It was spotless, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. We loved how many great restaurants were just around the corner, and being within walking distance to so many of the city’s main attractions made exploring super easy. The balcony was a lovely bonus for morning coffee or evening wine, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Rome!
