Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Fijne locatie, heerlijk bed, keuken en badkamer. Helemaal lief dat toen we aankwamen de koelkast gevuld was met kleine dingetjes zodat we niet meteen boodschappen hoefden te doen. Zeer aan te raden!

It truly feels like having a personal concierge for the city! She was always ready to lend us a hand, ensuring our time in Rome was nothing short of amazing. As for the apartment, it’s absolutely stunning. The space is bright, airy, and fully stocked. It is spacious with high ceilings, and it looks exactly like the photos, if not better! The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood, yet only a ten-minute walk from the lively streets of Trastevere, known for its fantastic restaurants, bars, and vibrant atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful Airbnb!

I'm so glad I choose to stay at Celeste's place when I visited my daughter who was studying abroad at AUR. The terrace was a wonderful place for she and her friends to come over and hang out. It's even more beautiful and cooler than the pictures show. We loved it!! We could easily walk to any place in Trastevere or take the tram into downtown Rome (20 min). I spent a few days by myself and felt safe walking in the area and navigating to and from all the famous Roman sites. At the end of the day, I came back to a clean, comfortable, and safe place. As other reviewers mentioned, downstairs feels slightly humid but there is no mold. All the windows open, and it feels pleasant within 5 minutes. The area is bustling until about 11 pm, but after that it's quiet. The door is tricky. Use the door knocker to pull the door firmly toward you while turning the key all the way to the left, then push in. I can't wait to bring my whole family back to Rome and stay in Celeste's aqueduct apt again!

We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. Le logement de Giacomo se trouve à l'arrière d'une résidence paisible et bien entretenue du Trastevere. C'est Simin qui nous a accueillis de façon chaleureuse. Le quartier est très agréable, le logement est tout à fait conforme aux photos et vraiment bien équipé (notamment la cuisine). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour romain !

ich habe 3 Nächte hier verbracht und war begeistert! Die Wohnung ist modern, gemütlich, geräumig und ruhig. die Lage ist top, Garbatella ist ein sehr cooles Viertel, charmant, authentisch, mit vielen guten Restaurants und Cafés in Gehweite. Noch dazu ist die Gegend ruhig, was nach einem hektischen Tag im Zentrum goldeswert ist. man kann mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, ohne Verkehrslärm! zugleich ist die Wohnung aber ordentlich sehr gut zu erreichen. ums Eck fährt der 716 Bus, mit dem man direkt zur Piazza Venezia kommt, die Ubahn Station ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen (den Weg dorthin kann man mit einem feinen Frühstück/Kaffeestopp verbinden :) ). von der Ubahn Garbatella kommt man dann direkt zum Kolosseum, Termini, nur 1 Station entfernt ist die Basilica San Paolo.. ich war inzwischen schon das 9. Mal in Rom, nie hab ich die Lage, die Gegend und die Wohnung selbst so toll gefunden.

ottimo alloggio, Mario molto cordiale e disponibile, precisissimo nel fornire indicazioni e modalità di accesso all'alloggio. se dovessi tornare a Roma sicuramente lo contatterò nuovamente per usufruire del suo alloggio.

From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Andrea was a splendid host because of how responsive and understanding he was. His place was perfect. It was safe, private, and quiet. When we ran into a glitch, Andrea was quick to offer a generous solution to reconcile the concern. The place had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Plus, it felt close to the center of Rome without being in the thick of the chaos. It’s close to delicious restaurants, several transit options in any direction, and the idyllic area surrounding Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere. We went there several nights for shopping, dinner, and dessert. It’s an 8-minute walk to Lavasciuga Roma, which I recommend for laundry: €22 and two hours to wash, dry, and fold a week of laundry for three people. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return to Rome and stay here again.

Ginevra’s apartment was lovely!! It has a lovely courtyard with lemon trees and places to relax. The decor of the apartment is beautiful and the beds and linens were pristine. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and we were even welcomed with some juice/water and treats. (Thank you!) Also the bathrooms (2) were very clean and the showers lovely. The location of the apartment is not in the ancient part of the city but buses and trains are close and with good shoes the walk to the Vatican is doable. The neighborhood is not great (compared to the more touristy areas) but again it’s easy to get around and go to the other areas of the city and we felt very safe. Communication with the hosts was great. Would definitely recommend as it was a lovely retreat after long days of exploring for my family of 3.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome! It was spotless, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. We loved how many great restaurants were just around the corner, and being within walking distance to so many of the city’s main attractions made exploring super easy. The balcony was a lovely bonus for morning coffee or evening wine, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Rome!

Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Tage in Rom. Giorgia ist super sympathisch, antwortet schnell und hilft direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und liegt optimal, sodass man ganz einfach mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum von Rom kommt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und geben unsere besten Empfehlungen!

We booked looking for something in Trastevere and this was perfectly placed, on the edge near Ponte Garibaldi. Matteo sent us instructions on access, and answered our questions quickly with recommendations on where to eat in Trastevere (there are almost too many to choose). Two minutes walk to half a dozen places There's so much to do in Rome, we need to come back and I will be in touch Matteo again. Perfect for our family of 4, but is also perfect for two couples.
