Francesco has a wonderful place. It was very easy to get anywhere in the city from his apartment and was perfect for our family. There was even a small playground at the end of the street. Hope to stay here again next time we are in Rome!

Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

Cannot recommend this spot more for your trip to Rome. We absolutely loved it. The location, right by the pantheon (and All'Antico Vinaio sandwiches) is absolutely ideal. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and quiet. We had seen prior reviews about noise levels and did not find it to be loud at all. Similarly, some prior reviews said access was difficult - it is not. We received very clear instructions about how to enter the apartment, and were even able to drop our bags ahead of check in so that we could explore without our luggage. Communication was helpful, proactive, and prompt. Can't imagine a better stay for in Rome!

Small apartment for max 3 people. Very clean and tidy. Everything important is available in the apartment. In the house itself, the apartment is located up a small staircase. It is completely furnished in Ikea style. And visually appealing. Although some shelves in the bedroom or living room are at an unattainable height, they complete the overall design. The Italians have different room heights. We liked the apartment very much. TV is available, all channels Italian. Record player and CD player, records and CDs in large selection. Otherwise everything in good condition. Washing machine in the bathroom also available, as well as a bidet. Price/performance is okay.

Had an excellent experience staying here. Gianni was an amazing host who was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. The location is also ideal as there are many great restaurants in the area as well as walking distance to metro stations. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Testaccio is a great place if you would like to get out of Rome from a slightly less touristy perspective. Dreaming of eating delicious pizza with locals? Would you like to walk around a small, but probably the most beautiful Roman park with a view of the city? Eat breakfast at the bustling bakery on the corner? Maybe you'd like to experience the "eternal city" away from the ubiquitous crowds? If the answer to these questions is yes, you couldn't have come to a better place! It's a real gem that's still waiting to be discovered. Giulio's apartment is located in the heart of an old tenement house, where laundry is still drying in the yard, and the extremely comfortable and huge bed will provide you with beautiful dreams of tiramisu, pizza and gelato!

The place is beautiful! The location is perfect. Most importantly, the hosts are the best. They gave us the best recommendations and were always responsive to any questions. They gave us welcome bottle of wine which was really sweet. I unfortunately forgot an item that they messaged me about and are going out of their way to courier to me to my next destination. Highly recommend them! Will definitely be back!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

The apartment is perfect, very clean, new. The host's attention was more than perfect, outstanding. A thousand little details that make the difference to excellence. Next to the San Pietro station, for us a very good location outside but next to the tourist circuit. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it. Thanks Catherine!

We stayed for two nights in this apartment as a group of four, and overall had a great experience. The apartment had a lovely terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning that worked well during the hot weather — which we really appreciated. The location was convenient: within walking distance to the city center, though we recommend getting a daily bus pass to make getting around even easier. There’s also a large shop just around the corner, which was very useful. The kitchen had basics like salt, pepper, oil, and even laundry detergent was available, which was a nice touch. Just a small tip — bring your own shampoo, as it wasn’t provided. The neighborhood and nearby streets were quiet and pleasant. We’d definitely recommend this place for a stay in Rome — and a big thank you to Claudia for her kind support throughout our stay!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

I can’t express how much of a hidden gem this place is. I absolutely loved staying here and it’s so well thought out. It’s in such a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood and i felt so safe. If i could stay longer, this would be the place. The hosts were so tentative and very welcoming. I also reserved a pickup to the airport and it made me feel so much better. Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.
