Vacation rentals with breakfast in Aventine Hill

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Beautiful apartment. The perfect location to visit St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum.

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Thank you Rosseta for the warm welcome. The place got everything, I have stayed for almost 3 weeks without any issues. Having the metro super close makes the visits to the center very comfortable. I would definetly go back.

The room is spacious, clean, the environment is beautiful and quiet, the host responds promptly and clearly, this is a great experience.

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Cannot say enough good things about this adorable apartment! We were able to check in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated after a long morning of travel. The apartment is perfect for two people, with the location being ideal to walk to the sites but the unit feeling safe and private. We truly loved it and would highly recommend!

Where to start? Barbara was an exceptional host. She gave very clear and helpful directions on how to get to her place either by train or taxi. She was there to meet us at her place to show us around let us know how to use everything. She had champagne and treats for us to start our holiday. I loved how she would message us daily to let us know of any local events that were happening, restaurant recommendations and to see if everything was going ok with our stay. The location was great it was central so everything was walkable. Her photos of her place matched what it looked like. My friend and I were very pleased with the place I would highly recommend staying there. I know when I visit Rome again I will be trying to stay here if it is available. We absolutely loved our stay at Luana & Maurizio's Trastevere apartment. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and homely quality of the apartment. It felt like staying at a family member's house! Everything was clean and we had access to everything we needed during our stay. Their apartment design is down to the details, there are even umbrellas for rainy weather. We would definitely rebook this lovely apartment next time we visit Rome.

Antonio was the perfect host and super helpful and accommodating to our request to check in early. He met us at the apartment and ensured all our questions were answered. Antonio had a beautiful brunch setup and welcoming snacks for us upon our arrival. Antonio helped us arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport on the day of departure and followed up to ensure we got to the airport. Antonio is truely a Superhost! Antonio's place was clean and beautiful. The place had quality towels and the linens were freshly scented. The beds were very comfortable, great shower, clean towels, clean washer and dryer. The location was closed to many restaurants, walking distance to attractions, and located in a quiet complex that felt very safe. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here if in Rome again. Thank you, Antonio, for all your help and kind hospitality!

Myself and my wife had a fantastic stay at Annamarie’s apartment, the communication prior to the stay was exceptional with tips on local restaurants and how to find the apartment. We were met by Fabrizio at the apartment and he showed us all the amenities, check in was faultless. For us it’s the perfect location, outside of the hustle and bustle but only a few yards from the metro and then 10 minutes into the centre. The metro runs very frequent and you won’t have to wait more than 4 minutes, we purchased a 7 day transport pass each which was about 24 euros. It’s been so hot in Rome but the air con is fantastic and lovely to come back to. Bed is extremely comfy. Both TV’s allow you to login to apps like Netflix and prime video. There is a large decent suoermarket 30 seconds away, turn right and right again. Absolutely fantastic and if I return to Rome would definitely return here. Thanks both.

Extremely good location, nice landlords, good space for two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rooftop so with a view. Would recommend this place and the location

alsssandro is very helpful who also gave us qave us quite alot of information of nearby attractions and local food. he is also responsive to every concerns/query. the stay is praceful. clean, safe and pleasant. it is about 15mins walk from the roma termini.

This was my third time staying here!This year is the Jubilee Year of Rome, it is convenient to get up early and walk from the apartment to the Vatican, along the Tiber River, the view is very beautiful!There are many restaurants around the apartment, and it is very convenient to eat.It's more convenient if you need to shop.The most important thing is that check-in is more flexible, you can drop off your luggage first, which is very important and friendly for people traveling long distances with luggage!This has always been my preferred accommodation in Rome, and I can't wait to come back!
